【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),加快解決農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村農(nóng)民問題,促進(jìn)社會(huì)全面進(jìn)步。目前,我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)在西部地區(qū)。甘肅省作為我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展較為落后的地區(qū),城鎮(zhèn)化水平低、區(qū)域差異大,為了了解甘肅省各個(gè)地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),采用合理的指標(biāo)體系和分析方法評(píng)價(jià)甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的區(qū)域差異是很有必要的。 本文首先介紹了城鎮(zhèn)化研究的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀、相關(guān)理論和分析方法,接著通過建立指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,然后利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型和曼奎斯特指數(shù)對(duì)甘肅省城市化效率進(jìn)行分析,從社會(huì)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、節(jié)能環(huán)保、城市發(fā)展五個(gè)方面選取具體指標(biāo),采用聚類分析法分析各地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展差異。最后結(jié)合甘肅省各城市實(shí)際情況和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,從各級(jí)城鎮(zhèn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、提高教育醫(yī)療服務(wù)能力、促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步等方面提出相應(yīng)的建議,以促進(jìn)甘肅省加快城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization promotes the sustained, healthy and coordinated development of the regional economy, promotes the transformation and upgrading of the regional industrial structure, speeds up the solution of the problem of agricultural rural farmers, and promotes the overall progress of society. The focus of China's urbanization development is in the western region. Gansu Province, as a relatively backward region in the development of urbanization in China, has a low level of urbanization and large regional differences. In order to understand the characteristics of urbanization development in various regions of Gansu Province, It is necessary to use reasonable index system and analysis method to evaluate the regional difference of urbanization development in Gansu province. This paper first introduces the current situation of urbanization research at home and abroad, related theories and analysis methods, and then through the establishment of an index evaluation system to analyze the current situation of urbanization development in Gansu Province. Then using the data envelopment model and Manquist index to analyze the efficiency of urbanization in Gansu Province, select the specific indicators from five aspects: social development, economic development, infrastructure, energy saving and environmental protection, urban development. Cluster analysis method is used to analyze the differences of urbanization development in different regions. Finally, according to the actual situation and evaluation results of cities in Gansu Province, the coordinated development of cities and towns at all levels, the promotion of industrial agglomeration, the strengthening of infrastructure construction, and the improvement of educational and medical service capacity are discussed. In order to speed up the development of urbanization in Gansu Province, some suggestions are put forward to promote technological progress.
