【摘要】：隨著市場競爭的加劇以及消費者需求變化的加快,物流已經(jīng)成功取代了第一利潤源和第二利潤源的地位,成為備受企業(yè)關注的第三利潤源。在以需求驅(qū)動和快速響應市場機會為特征的市場經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下,物流成為許多企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。在物流過程中,物流配送是以客戶需求為基礎進行分配活動的,即客戶需要什么就配送什么,何時需要就何時配送。因此,如何在物流配送成本以及配送服務水平之間進行均衡,既實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤目標又滿足顧客需求就是企業(yè)的當務之急。文章首先對配送成本的構成、影響因素以及配送服務的內(nèi)涵、影響因素等內(nèi)容進行了闡述,然后介紹了配送成本與配送服務的效益悖反關系以及需求波動引發(fā)的不確定性,同時也對延遲策略的作用進行了說明,在此基礎上將延遲策略引入到了配送活動中,從而均衡配送成本與配送服務,達到降低物流配送成本的同時提高物流配送服務水平的目的。其次,構建了基于延遲策略的配送活動CODP定位模型。文章指出CODP定位的影響因素以及配送活動中CODP定位點可能存在的三個位置,并通過三個CODP定位點的不同成本建立了CODP定位模型。然后,文章從改善配送服務的角度出發(fā)提出了延遲策略下的配送訂單處理策略以及緊急訂單的處理流程。最后,對文章提出的模型進行了實例驗證,證實了將延遲策略引入到配送活動具有可行性,既能降低配送成本,也能提高配送服務水平。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of market competition and the acceleration of changes in consumer demand, logistics has successfully replaced the position of the first profit source and the second profit source. In the market economy environment characterized by demand-driven and rapid response to market opportunities, logistics has become an important part of many enterprises' competitive strategy. Logistics distribution is based on customer demand, that is, the customer needs to distribute whatever they want and when they need to distribute. Therefore, how to balance the cost of logistics distribution and the level of distribution service, It is urgent for the enterprise to realize the profit target and satisfy the customer demand. Firstly, the paper expounds the composition of the distribution cost, the influence factors, the connotation of the distribution service, the influencing factors and so on. Then it introduces the inverse relationship between distribution cost and benefit of distribution service and the uncertainty caused by the fluctuation of demand. At the same time, it also explains the role of delay strategy, and then introduces the delay strategy into distribution activities. In order to balance the distribution cost and distribution service, achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of logistics distribution while improving the level of logistics distribution service. Secondly, In this paper, the CODP location model of distribution activities based on delay strategy is constructed, and the influencing factors of CODP location and three possible locations of CODP positioning points in distribution activities are pointed out in this paper. Then, from the point of view of improving the delivery service, the paper puts forward the delivery order processing strategy and the emergency order processing process under the delay strategy. Finally, the paper establishes the model of CODP location through the different cost of three CODP positioning points. An example is given to verify the model proposed in this paper. It is proved that it is feasible to introduce delay strategy into distribution activities, which can not only reduce the cost of distribution, but also improve the level of distribution service.
