以旅行社為核心的旅游綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效評價研究

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,過度開發(fā)導(dǎo)致超承載力的環(huán)境壓力日趨嚴重。為了緩解環(huán)境壓力,綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的思想應(yīng)運而生。綠色供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)菍Ω鱾供應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié)的資源和整體環(huán)境進行全方位思考的一種現(xiàn)代先進的管理模式。近幾年,綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理研究突飛猛進,并涉及到眾多產(chǎn)業(yè)與領(lǐng)域。本文在研究了傳統(tǒng)旅游供應(yīng)鏈管理的基礎(chǔ)上,,從綠色的角度出發(fā),構(gòu)建旅游綠色供應(yīng)鏈的績效評價模型,討論其在促進旅游行業(yè)的整體健康發(fā)展的作用。 本文主要通過以下四部分對旅游綠色供應(yīng)鏈進行介紹: 第一部分相關(guān)理論分析。通過搜集和掌握國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料文獻,針對目前學(xué)術(shù)界對旅游供應(yīng)鏈核心企業(yè)的爭議問題,創(chuàng)新性的提出了以市場為導(dǎo)向的旅游供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建模式,即針對目標(biāo)市場需求的不同,供應(yīng)鏈的鏈級結(jié)構(gòu)和核心企業(yè)的設(shè)計與配置也不盡相同。 第二部分為核心分析。首先是通過發(fā)放和篩選調(diào)查問卷,并對問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果進行分析,最終從整體服務(wù)水平、核心企業(yè)競爭力、協(xié)同發(fā)展能力、綠色環(huán)保四個方面提出旅游綠色供應(yīng)鏈的評價指標(biāo)。其次,采用層次分析法和模糊綜合法,構(gòu)建出適合于旅游行業(yè)的績效評價模型。 第三部分實證分析。運用在秦皇島地區(qū)實地調(diào)研取得的數(shù)據(jù),通過模型的計算,可以如實反映該旅行社的綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的整體運作情況。實例運算證明該指標(biāo)體系的可操作性、適用性和實用性。針對評價結(jié)果總結(jié)影響綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效的因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出加強綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效的途徑。 第四部分結(jié)論。根據(jù)以上章節(jié)表述的相關(guān)理論和數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對論文進行總結(jié),然后提出本研究范圍的局限性以及對深入研究該問題的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Along with the sustained and rapid development of economy, the excessive development of the bearing capacity of the environment caused by the pressure is more and more serious. In order to alleviate the pressure on the environment, green supply chain management ideas have emerged. The green supply chain is a kind of advanced management mode of comprehensive consideration of each supply chain resources and overall environment. In recent years, research green supply chain management by leaps and bounds, and involves many industries and fields. Based on the study of the traditional tourism supply chain management, from the angle of green, the performance evaluation model of building tourism green supply chain, discusses the tourism industry in promoting the overall health development.
This article mainly introduces the tourism green supply chain through the following four parts:
The first part is the analysis of related theories. Through collecting and master the relevant literature at home and abroad, aiming at the issues currently on the core business of tourism supply chain in the academic circles, puts forward the innovation mode of tourism supply chain oriented to the market, the target market demand, supply chain structure and core enterprise design and configuration are not the same.
The second part is the core. Firstly, through the issuance and screening questionnaire, and the survey results were analyzed, finally from the overall level of service, the core competitiveness of enterprises, the ability of collaborative development, evaluation of the tourism green supply chain four aspects of green environmental protection index. Secondly, using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive method. Build a performance evaluation model suitable for the tourism industry.
The third part of the empirical analysis. Using the obtained field survey in the Qinhuangdao area of the data, through the calculation of the model can accurately reflect the overall operation of the green supply chain management in the travel agency. It proves that the index system of the feasibility, applicability and practicability. For the evaluation results summarized the impact factors of green supply chain performance on this basis, put forward ways to strengthen the green supply chain performance.
The fourth part is the conclusion. According to the relevant theories and data analysis results in the above chapters, we summarize the papers, and then put forward the limitations of this research area and suggestions for further research.
