【摘要】:摘要:近年來,隨著國民經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展,城市規(guī)模不斷擴大,居民的出行需求日益增長,給城市交通帶來巨大的壓力。因地鐵具有方便、快捷、舒適等特點,目前有越來越多的大城市正在建設(shè)或籌建自己的地鐵項目。對施工方而言,地鐵建設(shè)進入高潮期,一方面會帶來更多的機遇,另一方面也會面臨更大的挑戰(zhàn)。隨著參建單位的不斷增多,競爭也日俱激烈。施工單位如何以項目成本管理為中心,依靠科技手段、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提高管理水平,在滿足安全、質(zhì)量、工期的前提下,最終降低工程成本,提高經(jīng)濟效益,直接影響該企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展。 本文從施工方角度出發(fā),結(jié)合地鐵工程的特點,對地鐵施工項目成本管理過程中存在的問題進行分析。在借鑒國外先進成本管理經(jīng)驗的前提下,以目標成本管理的理論和全面成本管理理論為基礎(chǔ),采用類比估算法、目標成本法等方法,分析各階段成本管理要點,提出各階段各方面的成本管理措施和各環(huán)節(jié)的成本管理方法。采用理論和實踐相結(jié)合的論證方法,在理論分析過程中穿插多個案例,對地鐵項目成本管理中的典型案例進行研究,總結(jié)其先進管理經(jīng)驗和方法,將對在建和未來的地鐵建設(shè)項目管理有很好的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義,也對其它大型施工項目成本管理有很好的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the scale of the city is expanding, and the travel demand of the residents is increasing day by day, which brings great pressure to the urban traffic. At present, more and more big cities are building or preparing to build their own subway projects. For the construction side, subway construction is entering a period of high tide, which on the one hand will bring more opportunities. On the other hand, it will also face greater challenges. With the increasing number of participating units, the competition is becoming more and more intense. How to take project cost management as the center, rely on scientific and technological means, technological innovation, improve management level, and meet safety, Under the premise of quality and time limit, the project cost will be reduced and the economic benefit will be improved, which will directly affect the survival and development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of cost management of subway construction project from the perspective of construction side and combined with the characteristics of subway project. On the premise of drawing lessons from the advanced cost management experience of foreign countries, the paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of cost management of subway construction project. Based on the theory of target cost management and the theory of total cost management, this paper analyzes the key points of cost management in each stage by means of analogy estimation method and objective cost method. The cost management measures of each stage and each link are put forward, and many cases are interspersed in the process of theoretical analysis by adopting the demonstration method of combining theory with practice. To study the typical case of subway project cost management, summarize its advanced management experience and method, will have the very good reference and the instruction significance to the subway construction project management which is under construction and in the future. Also to other large-scale construction project cost management has the very good reference significance.
