【摘要】:大學(xué)生就業(yè)難已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前高等教育需要高度重視和研究解決的重大議題,高校作為培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的搖籃,最重要的職責(zé)就是培養(yǎng)出符合社會(huì)需求的合格人才。高職學(xué)校作為高等教育的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域,它是職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的高等階段。高等職業(yè)教育隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展和科技進(jìn)步而逐步上移,這是國(guó)際高等職業(yè)教育的總趨勢(shì),高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生是高等教育培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的高層次人才,是國(guó)家人力資源的重要組成部分。現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)教育主要在大學(xué)?茖哟,雖然高職學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生就業(yè)工作足夠重視,但是關(guān)于學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)還缺少有效的方法,高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生也存在就業(yè)難的問(wèn)題。 本文從人力資源勝任力模型的視角研究影響高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的能力因素,基于勝任力模型構(gòu)建高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系。本文以深圳一所高職學(xué)校金融管理與實(shí)務(wù)專業(yè)為樣本,采用文獻(xiàn)收集、資料整理和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,分析和探索高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)勝任力特征,構(gòu)建出高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的指標(biāo),以此來(lái)幫助高職學(xué)校建立大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)體系,完善高職學(xué)校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)模式,切實(shí)提高職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)質(zhì)量。 本文認(rèn)為影響高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因素可以細(xì)分為一系列指標(biāo),從用人單位的需求為切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生自身情況,以勝任力理論來(lái)指導(dǎo)高職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究更符合實(shí)際,可以解決高職學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)、用人單位人才招聘和高職學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展三者之問(wèn)的有效銜接。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of obtaining employment for college students has become a major issue that needs to be highly valued and studied in the current higher education. Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating college students. The most important duty is to train qualified talents who meet the needs of society. Higher vocational schools are an important field of higher education. It is the higher stage of vocational and technical education. With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, higher vocational education is gradually moved up, which is the general trend of international higher vocational education. It is an important part of national human resources. At this stage, higher vocational education in our country is mainly at the university level, although higher vocational schools pay enough attention to the employment of students. However, there is still a lack of effective methods to cultivate students' employability, and the graduates of higher vocational schools also have the problem of difficult employment. From the perspective of human resource competency model, this paper studies the factors that affect the employability of graduates in higher vocational schools. Based on competency model, this paper takes financial management and practice major of a vocational school in Shenzhen as a sample, adopts the methods of literature collection, data collation and questionnaire survey, and constructs the index system of employment competitiveness of graduates of higher vocational schools based on competency model. This paper analyzes and explores the characteristics of employment competence of graduates of higher vocational schools, constructs the index of employment competitiveness of graduates of higher vocational schools, so as to help higher vocational schools establish a system of fostering college students' employability and perfect the employment guidance mode of higher vocational schools. We will earnestly improve the quality of vocational education. This paper holds that the factors affecting the employment competitiveness of graduates of higher vocational schools can be subdivided into a series of indicators, from the needs of employers as a starting point, combined with the situation of graduates in higher vocational schools. It is more practical to use competency theory to guide the study of the employment competitiveness of graduates in higher vocational schools, which can solve the problems of talent training, employing units and personality development of higher vocational school students.
