【摘要】：2012年,我國城鎮(zhèn)人口占總?cè)丝诘谋戎匾堰_到52.57%,農(nóng)民人均純收入由1993年的921.6元/人提高到2012年的7916.6元/人,工資性收入比重上升、家庭經(jīng)營性收入比重下降是農(nóng)民收入來源構(gòu)成變化的趨勢。但是,我國城鎮(zhèn)人口的發(fā)展遠滯后于城鎮(zhèn)土地面積的擴大,以及大中小城市發(fā)展的不協(xié)調(diào),是我國城鎮(zhèn)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡的重要表現(xiàn)。同時,由于我國城鄉(xiāng)分割的二元社會結(jié)構(gòu)及其相關(guān)制度的存在,制約了城鎮(zhèn)化進程中的農(nóng)民增收。關(guān)于農(nóng)民收入增長問題的解決之策,學(xué)者們提出城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展帶動農(nóng)民增收應(yīng)是一個長期重要途徑。城鎮(zhèn)化進程中的城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,農(nóng)民工資性收入、家庭經(jīng)營性收入、財產(chǎn)性收入在農(nóng)民人均純收入中的重要性及其變化趨勢,城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對農(nóng)民收入增加的機理分析和實證分析,以及針對現(xiàn)狀分析中出現(xiàn)的問題提出相應(yīng)對策是本文的主要內(nèi)容。在研究城鎮(zhèn)化進程中促進農(nóng)民收入增加時,分別運用了理論與實證兩種方法。理論分析具體包括:小城鎮(zhèn)進程中的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)發(fā)展與大中城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化是轉(zhuǎn)移農(nóng)村勞動力,增加農(nóng)民工資收入的基本途徑;城鎮(zhèn)進程中農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的實現(xiàn)是,增加家庭經(jīng)營收入的主要途徑;城鎮(zhèn)化進程中農(nóng)民的土地財產(chǎn)收益的實現(xiàn)是,增加農(nóng)民財產(chǎn)性收入的重要途徑。實證分析結(jié)果顯示,城鎮(zhèn)化與農(nóng)民的人均純收入、工資性收入、家庭經(jīng)營性收入、財產(chǎn)性收入間具有顯著的相關(guān)性,且是長期均衡的發(fā)展關(guān)系;格蘭杰因果關(guān)系顯示,城鎮(zhèn)化是農(nóng)民人均收入、家庭經(jīng)營性收入、財產(chǎn)性收入發(fā)展的原因,但不是工資性收入發(fā)展的原因,而工資收入?yún)s是城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的原因。最后,結(jié)合前面的分析結(jié)論,針對我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程中的結(jié)構(gòu)失衡和城鄉(xiāng)分割的二元社會制度問題,提出了相對應(yīng)的解決對策。
[Abstract]:In 2012, the proportion of urban population to the total population in China reached 52.57 yuan. The per capita net income of peasants increased from 921.6 yuan per person in 1993 to 7916.6 yuan per person in 2012, and the proportion of wage income increased. The decreasing proportion of household operating income is the change trend of peasants' income source. However, the development of urban population in China lags far behind the expansion of urban land area, as well as the uncoordinated development of large, medium and small cities. At the same time, due to the dual social structure of urban-rural division and the existence of related systems, it restricts the increase of farmers' income in the process of urbanization. Scholars put forward that the development of urbanization should be a long-term important way to increase farmers' income. The analysis of the present situation of urban development in the process of urbanization, the income of peasants' wages, the income of family management, The importance of property income in the per capita net income of farmers and its changing trend, the mechanism analysis and empirical analysis on the increase of farmers' income caused by the development of urbanization, It is the main content of this paper to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems in the analysis of the present situation. In the course of studying the process of urbanization to promote the increase of farmers' income, The theoretical analysis includes: the development of township enterprises in the process of small towns and the optimization of industrial structure in large and medium-sized cities are the basic ways to transfer rural labor force and increase peasants' wage income; The realization of agricultural industrialization in urban process is the main way to increase household income, and the realization of peasants' land property income is an important way to increase farmers' property income in the process of urbanization. Urbanization has a significant correlation with peasants' per capita net income, wage income, household income, property income, and is a long-term balanced development relationship, Granger causality relationship shows that urbanization is the per capita income of farmers. The reason for the development of household income and property income, but not the reason for the development of wage income, while the wage income is the reason for the development of urbanization. Finally, combined with the above analysis, In view of the structural imbalance and the dual social system of urban-rural division in the process of urbanization in China, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
