面向報廢汽車回收再利用的評價研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,,隨著我國大中型城市數(shù)量和規(guī)模的增多、增大,人們出行對汽車的依賴度明顯上升,越來越多的新汽車將進入各家各戶。然而,汽車是有壽命的,當汽車到達其使用年限時,將會對其進行回收處理,所以新汽車進入社會愈多,隨之而來的是年報廢汽車也將會增多,報廢汽車對人們生活、健康和環(huán)境的影響變得日益嚴重。加之我國提出的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,節(jié)約資源和能源,提高廢舊產(chǎn)品的回收再利用變得勢在必行,所以報廢汽車的回收再利用受到了政府及社會的莫大重視。 本文對報廢汽車回收再利用進行了系統(tǒng)而又深刻的研究。論文首先對報廢汽車的回收再利用做了分析,強調(diào)報廢汽車回收再利用的重要性,對國內(nèi)外報廢汽車回收再利用現(xiàn)狀進行比較,而后針對我國現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了基于LCED的報廢汽車回收再利用的評價體系,并基于此種方法論述了LCED的基本理論和概念。在LCED的理論和概念框架內(nèi),針對報廢汽車回收再利用,分別從經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境和技術(shù)三個方面對報廢汽車回收再利用進行評價,通過理論分析和拆卸邏輯模型,利用最優(yōu)拆卸序列方法和自動算法得出報廢汽車零部件的最優(yōu)拆卸序列及回收收益,實現(xiàn)對報廢汽車回收再利用的經(jīng)濟性評價;然后,再分別利用ISO14000LCA和模糊AHP方法分別對報廢汽車回收再利用的環(huán)境影響和技術(shù)性進行評價。最后,在報廢汽車回收再利用系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,利用JAVA開發(fā)出了基于LCED的計算機輔助軟件,從而為報廢汽車回收再利用時所面臨的經(jīng)濟問題、環(huán)境問題和技術(shù)性問題提供必要的幫助。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the increase in the number and scale of large and medium-sized cities in our country, people's dependence on cars is obviously increasing, and more and more new cars will enter every household. However, cars have a long life. When the car reaches its annual limit of use, it will be recycled, so the more new cars enter society, the more scrapped cars will follow. The impact of health and environment is becoming more and more serious. In addition, the sustainable development strategy put forward by our country is imperative to save resources and energy, and to improve the recycling and reuse of waste and used products. Therefore, the recycling of end-of-life vehicles has received great attention from the government and society. This paper makes a systematic and profound study on the recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles. Firstly, the paper analyzes the recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles, and emphasizes the importance of recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles. This paper compares the status quo of recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles at home and abroad, and then puts forward an evaluation system of recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles based on LCED, aiming at the present situation and existing problems in our country. Based on this method, the basic theory and concept of LCED are discussed. In the framework of LCED theory and concept, the recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles are evaluated from three aspects of economy, environment and technology, respectively. Through theoretical analysis and disassembly logic model, the optimal disassembly sequence and recovery income of scrapped automobile parts are obtained by using the method of optimal disassembly sequence and automatic algorithm, and the economic evaluation of recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicle is realized. The environmental impact and technology of recycling and reuse of end-of-life vehicles are evaluated by ISO14000LCA and fuzzy AHP, respectively. Finally, on the basis of the theory of recycling and reuse system of end-of-life vehicles, The computer aided software based on LCED is developed by using JAVA, which provides the necessary help for the economic problems, environmental problems and technical problems in the recycling and reuse of scrap vehicles.
