【摘要】：綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理起源于二十世紀(jì)，直到最近幾年世界自然環(huán)境的逐漸惡化、資源的日益枯竭才引起各個(gè)國(guó)家的重視。隨著電子信息技術(shù)的日益興起，出口貿(mào)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。環(huán)視比較國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)施綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的企業(yè)數(shù)量和程度，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)相比較國(guó)外企業(yè)依然處于其管理實(shí)施的初級(jí)階段，，研究綠色供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)施對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響，有利于企業(yè)加強(qiáng)環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)和改善企業(yè)的環(huán)境績(jī)效。 本文的研究分為四部分。首先對(duì)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理進(jìn)行了相關(guān)綜述，其中包括對(duì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的研究；其次依據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)及相關(guān)理論，提出了研究模型及相關(guān)假設(shè)；在國(guó)外學(xué)者已有成熟量表的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)實(shí)地問(wèn)卷發(fā)放和在線調(diào)研，共回收208份有效問(wèn)卷；進(jìn)而對(duì)收集的樣本進(jìn)行了描述性分析、對(duì)量表進(jìn)行了Cronbach ａ系數(shù)信度分析及PLS相關(guān)的效度分析；最后利用Smart PLS對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行了影響路徑分析。 研究結(jié)果表明，內(nèi)部環(huán)境管理對(duì)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的貢獻(xiàn)比綠色采購(gòu)與客戶協(xié)作及生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)大；綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)施對(duì)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效、經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效、環(huán)境績(jī)效均具有顯著的正向影響；企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)有著正向的直接影響，而環(huán)境績(jī)效則通過(guò)綠色形象對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)有著間接的正向影響。本文的研究能夠?yàn)榫G色供應(yīng)鏈管理的實(shí)施起到推動(dòng)作用，并為企業(yè)提供理論上的支持和實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:Green supply chain management originated in 20th century, until the gradual deterioration of the world's natural environment in recent years, the increasing depletion of resources has attracted the attention of all countries. With the increasing rise of electronic information technology, Comparing the number and degree of enterprises implementing green supply chain management at home and abroad, it is not difficult to find that domestic enterprises are still in the initial stage of their management implementation compared with foreign enterprises. The study of the effect of green supply chain on enterprise performance will help enterprises to strengthen their awareness of environmental protection and improve their environmental performance. The research of this paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, this paper summarizes the green supply chain management, including the research on performance evaluation, and then puts forward the research model and related hypotheses according to the domestic and foreign literature and related theories. A total of 208 valid questionnaires were collected through field questionnaire distribution and online investigation, and then the collected samples were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The reliability of Cronbach a coefficient and the validity of PLS were analyzed. Finally, the influence path of the structural model was analyzed by Smart PLS. The results show that the contribution of internal environmental management to green supply chain management is greater than that of green procurement and customer collaboration and ecological design. Environmental performance has a significant positive impact, and the operational performance of enterprises has a direct positive impact on competitive advantage. Environmental performance has an indirect positive impact on competitive advantage through green image. The research in this paper can promote the implementation of green supply chain management and provide theoretical support and practical reference for enterprises.
