【摘要】：食品對(duì)于我們每個(gè)人每天都是必需品,但是這些必需品隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越豐富,但這豐富多彩的食品是否安全可靠呢?是否能滿足人們?cè)絹?lái)越高的要求呢?我想答案并不會(huì)令我們滿意。隨著種類和數(shù)量的增多,我國(guó)食品卻面對(duì)著許多復(fù)雜的安全問(wèn)題。在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的大背景下,這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題顯得尤為突出。本文立足構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì),著重分析和諧社會(huì)對(duì)食品的要求以及食品安全與和諧社會(huì)的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而闡述食品安全存在的主要隱患,最后針對(duì)食品安全存在的問(wèn)題找出解決食品安全問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。本文在總結(jié)食品安全問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,理清食品安全現(xiàn)狀并找出這些問(wèn)題背后的共性原因。最后提出筆者的看法和建議,這將對(duì)食品安全問(wèn)題的解決起到積極作用。
[Abstract]:Food is daily necessities for each of us, but these necessities with the development of society, more and more rich, but this rich and colorful food is safe and reliable? Is it possible to meet the increasing demands of people? I don't think the answer will satisfy us. With the increasing variety and quantity of food, our food is facing many complicated security problems. In the context of building a harmonious society, This basic problem is particularly prominent. Based on the construction of a harmonious society, this paper focuses on the analysis of the requirements of the harmonious society for food and the relationship between food safety and harmonious society, and then expounds the main hidden dangers of food safety. Finally, the countermeasures to solve the food safety problems are found out in the light of the problems existing in food safety. This paper clarifies the current situation of food safety and finds out the common reasons behind these problems. Finally, the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions, which will play a positive role in solving the food safety problems.
