【摘要】：近年來，航空物流在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的推動下實現(xiàn)了前所未有的迅猛發(fā)展。中國逐漸成為世界制造中心，對外經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢明顯，，越來越多的電子產(chǎn)品，儀器儀表，新鮮的產(chǎn)品，如效率高，高附加值的產(chǎn)品需要飛機(jī)運輸。在“西部大開發(fā)”的新一輪的政策，“關(guān)中-天水市經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)”建設(shè)和“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的概念被提出之際，西安咸陽國際機(jī)場要抓住這一歷史機(jī)遇，實現(xiàn)“中國中心門戶機(jī)場”和“現(xiàn)代綜合交通樞紐”的方針。近年來，機(jī)場在航空物流發(fā)面取得了巨大發(fā)展。2013年下半年，機(jī)場新貨運區(qū)已經(jīng)投產(chǎn)使用。本文是在西部大開發(fā)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景下，結(jié)合西安咸陽國際機(jī)場SWOT分析進(jìn)行西咸空港物流發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略研究。首先，論文對西咸地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了基本的介紹。其次，對咸陽機(jī)場航空物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢進(jìn)行了闡述，具體對其航空物流企業(yè)、航空物流業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行說明。再次，在對現(xiàn)有設(shè)施研究的基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)用SWOT分析方法進(jìn)行理論分析。最后，本文提出了戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，給出了具體的戰(zhàn)略措施。 本文對西咸空港物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了深入的研究和論述，制定了“建成區(qū)域性物流樞紐”、“拓展合作，構(gòu)建航空物流系統(tǒng)”、“積極開拓國際市場”、“品牌建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略”、“建立戰(zhàn)略實施控制、改進(jìn)系統(tǒng)”五項具體的戰(zhàn)略措施。對本文研究的戰(zhàn)略舉措結(jié)論可為西咸空港和其他機(jī)場的物流發(fā)展提供建設(shè)參考,具有較強(qiáng)的實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of aviation logistics hitherto unknown in promoting China's economic growth. China gradually become the world's manufacturing center, foreign economic advantages, more and more electronic products, instruments, fresh products, such as high efficiency, high value-added products need to transport aircraft. In the "western development" a new round of policy, "Guanzhong - Tianshui economic zone" construction and the concept of "Silk Road Economic Belt" was put forward on the occasion, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport should seize this historic opportunity to achieve the "gateway to the airport" Chinese center and "modern integrated transport hub" policy. In recent years, great progress has been made in.2013 airport the second half of the year in the aviation logistics area, the new airport cargo area has been put into use. This is the development of the western region economic development background, combined with the analysis of the west of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport SWOT Study on the development strategy of Xian airport logistics. Firstly, the paper gives a basic introduction to the current situation of economic development in West Ham area. Secondly, the present situation and trend of Xianyang airport air logistics development is discussed, the specific aviation logistics, aviation logistics business is described. Thirdly, based on the research of existing facilities, application SWOT analysis method of theoretical analysis. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategic objectives, strategic planning, strategic measures are given in detail.
This paper deeply studied and discussed on the salty West Airport logistics development strategy, formulated the "build a regional logistics hub", "expand the cooperation, construction of aviation logistics system", actively explore the international market "," brand strategy "," the establishment of a strategic control system improvement, "five specific strategic measures. A strategic move for the conclusion of this study can provide reference for the construction of logistics development in Xi Xian airport and other airports, has a strong practical value.
