【摘要】:在信息技術(shù)革命與服務(wù)全球化的推動(dòng)下,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)將生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中所需的服務(wù)性工作外包給其他國(guó)家的服務(wù)供應(yīng)商,從而催生了國(guó)際服務(wù)外包活動(dòng),使其成為新一輪的國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移方式。作為國(guó)際分工深入發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,國(guó)際服務(wù)外包為發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)際提供了配置全球資源的渠道,,也促使發(fā)展中國(guó)家進(jìn)一步融入全球生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)體系。目前,中國(guó)開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)正從“中國(guó)制造”走向“中國(guó)服務(wù)”,發(fā)展國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)于我國(guó)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整以至經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 本文主要從中國(guó)作為承接國(guó)的角度出發(fā),研究承接國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,主要采取了理論與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法。首先回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外服務(wù)外包的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究和一般理論基礎(chǔ),以及承接國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響途徑。然后將新的理論研究成果運(yùn)用于中國(guó)背景下,結(jié)合中國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)就業(yè)中的新情況、新問(wèn)題和新趨勢(shì),使理論研究與現(xiàn)實(shí)相結(jié)合,并輔以圖表描述,分別分析全球和我國(guó)國(guó)際服務(wù)外包的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。最后,一方面從定性的角度分析了國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)于就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響機(jī)制,另一方面建立模型,運(yùn)用相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),針對(duì)實(shí)證對(duì)象中有涉及到的變量是難以直接觀察的潛在變量,通過(guò)可觀察變量予以反映,采用計(jì)量方法對(duì)因變量與自變量之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。 根據(jù)理論和實(shí)證的分析均表明:承接國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)確實(shí)存在影響。本文得出的具體結(jié)論是:承接國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)數(shù)量的擴(kuò)張有積極作用;國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)各產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力平均工資水平的變動(dòng)存在正的凈效應(yīng);承接國(guó)際服務(wù)外包對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)具有優(yōu)化效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In the revolution and globalization of services to promote information technology, more and more enterprises will be needed for the production process of service outsourcing work to other countries of the service provider, which gave birth to the international service outsourcing activities, make it become a new round of international industrial transfer. As a product of the international division of labor for the further development of international service. Outsourcing provides a channel for the allocation of global resources developed international, also urges developing countries to further integrate into the global production and service system. At present, China open economy from "Chinese manufacturing" to "Chinese service", the development of international service outsourcing has a profound influence on the transformation of the development of China's employment structure adjustment and economic structure.
This article mainly from the Chinese as the perspective of undertaking Country Study on the effect of undertaking international service outsourcing on employment structure in China, mainly adopts the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. First reviews the domestic and foreign service outsourcing Xiang Guanwen Xian research and the general theoretical basis, as well as the impact of undertaking international service outsourcing on employment structure. Then a new theoretical research applied to the Chinese background, combined with the new situation China reality in employment, new problems and new trends, the theoretical research and practical combination, supplemented by the chart description, respectively analyses the status quo of the development of global and China's international service outsourcing. Finally, a analysis of international service outsourcing for the influence mechanism of employment structure from the qualitative point of view, on the other hand, the establishment of model, use the relevant data, according to the empirical object are involved Variables are potential variables which are difficult to be observed directly. They can be reflected through observable variables, and the relationship between dependent variables and independent variables is analyzed by means of econometrics.
According to the theoretical and empirical analysis show that the international service outsourcing does have an impact on employment structure in China. The main conclusions of this paper is: to undertake the expansion of international service outsourcing on the number of China's employment has a positive effect; changes of international service outsourcing on the wage level of each industry labor are positive net effect; undertake international service outsourcing has optimal effect on employment structure in China.
