基于逆優(yōu)化的煤礦生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)安全資源配置研究

【摘要】:常規(guī)的煤礦安全資源優(yōu)化配置模型較少從資源配置模型本身考慮,尤其是優(yōu)化后的安全狀態(tài)無法達到安全需求時往往通過增加資源投入量的途徑實現(xiàn)安全狀態(tài)的進一步提升,這無形中增大了企業(yè)的負擔(dān);诖,首先以安全度最大為目標函數(shù),結(jié)合煤礦安全生產(chǎn)限制條件構(gòu)建物流系統(tǒng)安全資源配置優(yōu)化模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上運用雙層規(guī)劃方法將原始模型轉(zhuǎn)化為逆優(yōu)化模型并求解,同時通過實例分析對該方法進行驗證。結(jié)果表明逆優(yōu)化方法在安全資源總量固定情況下對提升煤礦安全度具有顯著的效果,為安全資源配置優(yōu)化提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:The conventional optimal allocation model of coal mine safety resources is less considered from the resource allocation model itself, especially when the optimized safety state can not meet the safety requirements, it is often achieved by increasing the input of resources to further enhance the safety state. Based on this, the maximum safety degree is taken as the objective function, and the optimization model of logistics system safety resource allocation is constructed in combination with coal mine safety production restriction condition. On this basis, the original model is transformed into an inverse optimization model by using the bilevel programming method and solved. The results show that the inverse optimization method has a remarkable effect on improving the safety degree of coal mine under the condition of fixed total amount of safe resources, and provides a new way of thinking for optimizing the allocation of safety resources.
