【摘要】：基于第三期全國婦女社會地位調查數(shù)據(jù),本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),城鎮(zhèn)老年人沒有住房財產(chǎn)會削弱子女代際支持的意愿、增加老年人遭受虐待的風險。本文的研究結論具有重要的政策含義。一方面,大約33%的城鎮(zhèn)老年人沒有住房財產(chǎn),他們更易暴露于遭受虐待的風險之下。政府應當重視面向無房老年人發(fā)展社會工作體系,構建社會支持網(wǎng)絡,避免其陷入更為弱勢的境地。另一方面,城鎮(zhèn)老年人財富來源中,住房幾乎居于核心地位,這讓目前廣受關注的"以房養(yǎng)老"政策面臨著現(xiàn)實的隱憂與倫理的困境。"以房養(yǎng)老"作為一種貸款政策具有一定的負面影響,需要得到多元化社會養(yǎng)老政策和項目的輔助和支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from the third National Survey of the Social status of Women, this study found that the lack of housing property in urban areas weakens the willingness of children to intergenerational support. Increase the risk of elder abuse. The conclusions of this paper have important policy implications. On the one hand, about 33% of urban elderly have no housing property. They are more exposed to the risk of abuse. Governments should focus on developing social work systems for the elderly without homes, building social support networks to avoid falling into a more vulnerable situation. On the other hand, the source of wealth for older people in cities and towns. Housing almost occupies the core position, which makes the "housing old-age care" policy, which is widely concerned at present, faced with realistic hidden worries and ethical dilemmas. As a kind of loan policy, "housing old-age care" has certain negative effects. Need to be diversified social pension policies and projects to support and support.
