汽車零部件企業(yè)敏捷物流運(yùn)作與控制研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:生產(chǎn)物料在車間、工序間的通暢和敏捷程度,生產(chǎn)過程中物流運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率和質(zhì)量直接影響到企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和交貨期,制約著企業(yè)的整體競爭能力。因而,提高我國企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)物流的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是提高企業(yè)市場競爭力的關(guān)鍵之一。本文的研究目的就是針對目前汽車零部件企業(yè)車間生產(chǎn)物流管理現(xiàn)狀及所存在的問題,提出基于敏捷物流的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作與控制系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,并結(jié)合重慶C企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流管理現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建出適合于C企業(yè)的敏捷物流控制框架,以及該框架下的物流控制模型,以期提高C企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流管理水平,同時(shí)給同類企業(yè)起到很好的借鑒作用。 首先,本文在分析制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流的特點(diǎn)之后,闡述了汽車零部件企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流管理現(xiàn)狀和遇到的問題,提出敏捷物流控制的理念,并對汽車零部件企業(yè)引入敏捷物流控制系統(tǒng)的必要性進(jìn)行了分析。 其次,詳細(xì)分析了“推”式和“拉”式生產(chǎn)物流控制的基本思想,提出了兩種生產(chǎn)方式下的物流控制模型,并對其各自的物流控制特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。結(jié)合汽車零部件企業(yè)的物流特點(diǎn)及其管理現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了適合于該類企業(yè)的敏捷生產(chǎn)物流運(yùn)作與控制框架,提出了該方式下的物流控制模型。即:基于成組單元布局,“工序單元”之間用“拉”式生產(chǎn)方式,通過“下游工序單元”反向啟動(dòng)“上游工序單元”的生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)輸,,各個(gè)“工序單元”之間按照看板發(fā)出的需求指令進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng);在“工序單元”內(nèi)部,各個(gè)設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃由該單元內(nèi)計(jì)劃小組依據(jù)產(chǎn)品在該單元內(nèi)的工藝順序、設(shè)備產(chǎn)能以及加工的重要性程度安排生產(chǎn),實(shí)施計(jì)劃和拉動(dòng)相結(jié)合的生產(chǎn)方式。同時(shí),對其敏捷理念、模式特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了初步闡述。 最后,結(jié)合C企業(yè)的物流特點(diǎn)及其管理現(xiàn)狀,介紹了C企業(yè)實(shí)施敏捷物流控制系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)應(yīng)用。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明:敏捷物流運(yùn)作與控制的方法能夠很好地解決中小型民營企業(yè)面臨的生產(chǎn)物流問題,提高物料流轉(zhuǎn)效率,增加企業(yè)利潤。
[Abstract]:The material in the production process of the workshop, the smooth and agile degree, in the production process of the logistics operation efficiency and quality directly affect the enterprise product quality and delivery time, restricts the whole competition ability of the company. Therefore, to improve the internal logistics management level of the enterprise of our country, realize the efficient operation of production logistics is one of the key to improve the enterprise market competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is to present auto parts enterprise workshop production logistics management status quo and existing problems, put forward the production operation and control system based on agile logistics, combined with the status quo of Chongqing C enterprise production logistics management, to construct a suitable C control framework of enterprise agile logistics, as well as the framework of the the logistics control model, in order to improve the production level of logistics management of C company, at the same time to the similar enterprises play a very good reference.
First of all, after the characteristics of production logistics in the analysis, this paper expounds the present situation of production logistics management in auto parts enterprises and the problems, put forward the concept of agile logistics control, and introduces the necessity of agile logistics control system of auto parts enterprises was analyzed.
Secondly, a detailed analysis of the basic idea of "push" and "pull" type of production logistics control, puts forward the logistics control model of two kinds of modes of production, logistics and their control characteristics are analyzed in detail. Combining with the characteristics of logistics in auto parts enterprises and its management situation, the paper constructed for the enterprise agile production logistics operation and control framework, put forward the control model of the logistics mode. Namely: group layout based on the "process unit" with "pull" mode of production, through the "downstream process unit" reverse "start the upstream process unit of production and transportation, according to the needs of a Kanban the instruction between each process unit of production and supply; in the process unit inside of each equipment production plan by the unit in the planning process group on the basis of product within the unit of the CIS Order, equipment production capacity and importance of processing, scheduling production, implementation plan and pull together mode of production. At the same time, its agile concept, mode characteristics and so on.
Finally, combining with the characteristics of logistics enterprises and its management situation of C, introduces the application of the key technology of implementing agile logistics control system C enterprise. The practical application shows that the method of agile logistics operation and control system can well solve the problems facing the production logistics of small and medium-sized private enterprises, improve the efficiency of material circulation, increase corporate profits.
