【摘要】：農產(chǎn)品貿易是世界各國一個重要而又難以解決的問題，而我國的農產(chǎn)品對外貿易走勢才則是全世界關注的焦點。在全球經(jīng)濟一體化不斷深化背景下，我國已成為世界農產(chǎn)品最開放的市場之一。作為農產(chǎn)品貿易的重要環(huán)節(jié)，貿易成本在農產(chǎn)品貿易中起著關鍵的作用，浙江作為農產(chǎn)品對外貿易的活躍省份，在全國農產(chǎn)品貿易市場中占有一席之地。本論文分析了浙江目前農產(chǎn)品貿易成本及其影響因素，針對性的設計降低農產(chǎn)品貿易成本的策略，對浙江農產(chǎn)品貿易可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實意義。 本論文在總結現(xiàn)有國內外相關文獻、收集二手資料基礎上首先對浙江農產(chǎn)品貿易基本情況進行了分析。認為浙江農產(chǎn)品出口具有規(guī)模上升但地位下降；農產(chǎn)品出口優(yōu)勢明顯但種類集中；出口國家較多但市場集中；農產(chǎn)品發(fā)展迅速但綜合成本不斷上升等特點。 其次，論文基于時間、產(chǎn)品和國家三個維度，通過海關信息網(wǎng)獲取的浙江對各國出口的農產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)以及各國GDP數(shù)據(jù)，采用采用Novy（2007）改進引力模型，測度2002~2013年浙江主要農產(chǎn)品對主要貿易國家出口的貿易成本。從貿易成本的測度結果來看，浙江農產(chǎn)品貿易成本整體呈下降趨勢。 再次，基于貿易成本測度結果，采用Bergstrand（2007）多元回歸模型分析了影響貿易成本的因素。發(fā)現(xiàn)不同因素對于貿易成本影響是具有差異性的。其中地理距離、匯率成本、制度成本、歷史聯(lián)系、是否同屬一個貿易集團有正面影響；而貿易壁壘、是否為高收入國家、是否相鄰則沒有明顯影響，語言壁壘則無法確定其影響方向。 最后，論文運用stata統(tǒng)計軟件分析了影響貿易成本的具體因素。并基于此，設計了浙江降低貿易成本的策略。包括加快農業(yè)的發(fā)展，努力尋找降低農產(chǎn)品貿易成本途徑；提高農產(chǎn)品的科技含量，改善農產(chǎn)品品質；加快發(fā)展物流業(yè)，，降低運輸成本。
[Abstract]:Agricultural trade is an important and difficult problem in the world, and the trend of foreign trade of agricultural products in China is the focus of the world, under the background of the deepening of global economic integration. China has become one of the most open markets for agricultural products in the world. As an important link in agricultural trade, trade costs play a key role in agricultural trade. Zhejiang is an active province of agricultural trade. This paper analyzes the current agricultural product trade cost and its influencing factors in Zhejiang province, and designs the strategy to reduce the agricultural product trade cost. It is of practical significance to the sustainable development of Zhejiang agricultural products trade. This paper firstly analyzes the basic situation of Zhejiang's agricultural products trade on the basis of summarizing the existing domestic and foreign relevant literature and collecting the second-hand data. The author thinks that Zhejiang's agricultural product export has the scale to rise but the status drops; The export advantage of agricultural products is obvious but the types are concentrated; More exporting countries but concentrated markets; Rapid development of agricultural products but rising comprehensive costs and other characteristics. Secondly, based on the three dimensions of time, product and country, the paper obtains the export data of Zhejiang's agricultural products and GDP data through the customs information network. In this paper, the author uses Novy's 2007) to improve the gravity model to measure the trade cost of Zhejiang's main agricultural products to the main trading countries from 2002 to 2013. Zhejiang agricultural products trade costs as a whole showed a downward trend. Thirdly, based on the result of trade cost measurement. The factors influencing trade cost are analyzed by using Bergstrand's 2007) multivariate regression model. It is found that different factors have different influence on trade cost, among which geographical distance is different. Exchange rate costs, institutional costs, historical links, whether the same trade group has a positive impact; Trade barriers, whether they are high income countries or not, have no obvious influence, but language barriers can not determine the direction of their influence. Finally, the paper uses stata statistical software to analyze the specific factors affecting trade costs. Based on this, the paper designs strategies to reduce trade costs in Zhejiang Province, including accelerating the development of agriculture. Try to find ways to reduce the trade cost of agricultural products; Improving the scientific and technological content of agricultural products and improving the quality of agricultural products; Speed up the development of logistics industry, reduce transport costs.
