【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)是當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分，極大的促進(jìn)了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)，而物流園區(qū)建設(shè)是現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。近年來，隨著國(guó)家政策的支持和物流業(yè)的發(fā)展，全國(guó)各地掀起了建設(shè)物流園區(qū)的熱潮，致使物流園區(qū)大量建設(shè)，可是很多地方出現(xiàn)了物流園區(qū)的空置現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致了大量資源浪費(fèi)，因此，在物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)過程中應(yīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到園區(qū)規(guī)劃的重要性，并對(duì)園區(qū)的建設(shè)做可行性分析。 山東能源集團(tuán)由多家煤礦企業(yè)集團(tuán)重組成立以后，著手對(duì)集團(tuán)內(nèi)外部物流進(jìn)行整合，通過對(duì)物流業(yè)務(wù)的整合，來實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的統(tǒng)一采購和資源的配置。而山東能源集團(tuán)內(nèi)部物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)，能有效的對(duì)集團(tuán)內(nèi)部資源進(jìn)行有效的整合，并方便其啟動(dòng)大宗物資集中采購，統(tǒng)一供應(yīng)物流管理模式、構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一信息化平臺(tái)，降低集團(tuán)物流成本，提升經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。而濟(jì)寧地區(qū)煤礦企業(yè)眾多，是能源集團(tuán)的重要產(chǎn)煤基地，產(chǎn)能約占3500萬噸，約占山東省的1/3，因此，在開采過程中，需要大量物資的供應(yīng)。并且濟(jì)寧作為山東省西部經(jīng)濟(jì)隆起帶的重要區(qū)位城市，山東能源集團(tuán)濟(jì)寧物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)對(duì)其能源基地、裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)、商貿(mào)物流業(yè)等發(fā)展有極大的推動(dòng)作用，有利于西部經(jīng)濟(jì)隆起帶規(guī)劃完成。 本文理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，以山東能源集團(tuán)濟(jì)寧物流園區(qū)建設(shè)的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為依托，全流程規(guī)劃了一個(gè)企業(yè)大宗商品供應(yīng)物流園區(qū)建設(shè)過程。首先，分析了物流園區(qū)的基本理論和物流園區(qū)建設(shè)的原則和內(nèi)容。其次，對(duì)山東能源集團(tuán)的物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，分析了其物流現(xiàn)狀，及遇到的問題和應(yīng)對(duì)方案，在此基礎(chǔ)上闡釋了能源集團(tuán)濟(jì)寧物流園區(qū)建設(shè)的必要性。再次，指出了濟(jì)寧物流園區(qū)的選址地點(diǎn)，并運(yùn)用綜合模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)其選址進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。然后，根據(jù)能源集團(tuán)物流發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及戰(zhàn)略定位來對(duì)物流園區(qū)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了定位，并對(duì)山東能源集團(tuán)濟(jì)寧物流園區(qū)的功能進(jìn)行了劃分，，將其功能規(guī)劃為商務(wù)中心、區(qū)域配送中心、設(shè)備服務(wù)中心、物資交易中心、綜合物流中心，并對(duì)其功能進(jìn)行了闡述。最后，對(duì)其建設(shè)規(guī)模和進(jìn)程及空間布局進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃，繪制了空間布局圖，規(guī)劃形成了山東能源集團(tuán)濟(jì)寧物流園區(qū)的雛形，為以后同類型物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics industry is an important part of the economic development, greatly promoting the growth of the national economy, and logistics park construction is the focus of the development of modern logistics industry in recent years. With the support of national policies and the development of logistics industry, the construction of logistics parks has been upsurge all over the country, resulting in a large number of construction of logistics parks, but in many places there is a phenomenon of empty logistics parks. Therefore, the importance of park planning should be recognized in the process of construction of logistics park, and the feasibility of construction of the park should be analyzed. Shandong Energy Group by the reorganization of a number of coal enterprise groups after the establishment of the group began to integrate the internal and external logistics through the integration of logistics business. And the construction of logistics park of Shandong energy group can effectively integrate the internal resources of the group and facilitate it to start the centralized procurement of large quantities of materials. Unified supply logistics management model, the construction of a unified information platform, reduce the group logistics costs, improve economic benefits. Jining coal mining enterprises are many, is an important coal production base of the energy group. Production capacity accounts for about 35 million tons, about one-third of Shandong Province, so in the process of mining, a large number of supplies need to be supplied. And Jining is an important location city in the western economic uplift of Shandong Province. The construction of Jining Logistics Park of Shandong Energy Group has a great impact on the development of its energy base, equipment industry, trade and logistics industry, and is conducive to the completion of the planning of the western economic uplift zone. Based on the actual construction project of Jining Logistics Park of Shandong Energy Group, the whole process of constructing an enterprise commodity supply logistics park is planned in this paper. First of all. The basic theory of logistics park and the principles and contents of logistics park construction are analyzed. Secondly, the current situation of logistics development of Shandong Energy Group is analyzed, and the problems encountered and countermeasures are analyzed. On this basis, it explains the necessity of the construction of Jining logistics park of energy group. Thirdly, it points out the location of Jining logistics park, and evaluates the location of Jining logistics park by comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. According to the current situation and strategic position of logistics development of energy group, the construction of logistics park is orientated, and the function of Jining logistics park of Shandong energy group is divided into business center. Regional distribution center, equipment service center, material trading center, integrated logistics center, and its functions are expounded. Finally, the construction scale, process and spatial layout are planned. The spatial layout map is drawn, and the prototype of Jining Logistics Park of Shandong Energy Group is formed, which provides reference for the planning of the same kind of logistics park in the future.
