【摘要】：物流作為現(xiàn)代制造型企業(yè)中的一個重要職能,得到了管理者的高度重視。尤其是近年來,制造型企業(yè)的物流系統(tǒng)更加復雜,對于制造型企業(yè)來講,倉儲管理的活動直接連接著前端的原材料供應生產和后端的產品銷售,是制造型企業(yè)利益鏈上的重要一環(huán)。G公司是一家專業(yè)生產汽車各類撥叉零部件的制造型企業(yè),面對著未來的長足發(fā)展,倉儲管理的落后、倉儲布局的不合理對倉儲工作人員的制約逐漸體現(xiàn)出來,有鑒于此,對G公司的倉儲管理優(yōu)化已變得迫在眉睫,同時,通過對G公司倉儲管理的優(yōu)化研究,對于我國同類企業(yè)的倉儲管理活動能夠提供有效的參考。本文從銷售物流中的倉儲管理進行著手,對G公司倉儲管理的優(yōu)化從倉儲布局和儲位優(yōu)化兩個方面進行,通過定性和定量的方法對G公司的訂單資料、倉儲布局規(guī)劃進行了研究,并在此基礎上,對優(yōu)化的效果進行了評價。首先,對有關于倉儲管理相關理論研究成果、EIQ分析法、SLP方法以及模糊綜合評價模型進行了整理和歸納。其次,對G公司倉儲管理現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該公司的問題主要集中在儲位安排和倉儲布局方面。然后,基于EIQ分析法對G公司倉儲訂單進行了EQ、IQ、IK三個維度的分析,通過EIQ分析法得出的結果并結合COI模型對G公司儲位上進行了優(yōu)化,運用黃金區(qū)域分割理論,將G公司倉庫貨架存儲區(qū)域分成了3個區(qū)域,并得到了各類產品在貨架存儲區(qū)的分布圖。隨后,基于SLP方法對G公司的各個區(qū)域進行了綜合關系分析,并在此基礎上,結合G公司的實際情況,對其倉儲布局進行了優(yōu)化,得到了一種更加適合的倉儲布局方案。最后,運用層次分析法構建了G公司倉儲管理優(yōu)化效果評價模型,并通過對該公司50位管理以及技術人員的問卷調查,對本文的優(yōu)化效果進行評價,得到了該優(yōu)化方案的評價結果隸屬于“優(yōu)秀”,證明該優(yōu)化研究對G公司倉儲管理具有一定的幫助。論文在研究過程中通過查閱大量的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)并進行實地考察,從G公司未來發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),對其倉儲布局和儲位安排進行了相關優(yōu)化研究,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。希望通過本文的研究,能在解決G公司實際問題的同時,為國內其他同類企業(yè)解決倉儲管理問題提供參考。
[Abstract]:Logistics as an important function of modern manufacturing enterprises, has been highly valued by managers. Especially in recent years, the logistics system of manufacturing enterprises is more complex, for manufacturing enterprises. Warehousing management activities are directly linked to front-end raw material supply production and back-end product sales. G is an important link in the profit chain of manufacturing enterprises. G company is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of all kinds of forked parts and components. Facing the great development in the future, the warehouse management is backward. The unreasonable layout of storage gradually reflects the constraints of storage staff, in view of this, the storage management optimization of G company has become urgent, at the same time, through the G company storage management optimization research. It can provide an effective reference for the warehousing management activities of the similar enterprises in our country. This paper starts with the warehousing management in the sales logistics. The optimization of G company warehouse management from storage layout and storage optimization two aspects, through qualitative and quantitative methods to G company order data, warehouse layout planning were studied, and on this basis. The effect of optimization is evaluated. Firstly, the EIQ analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are analyzed and summarized. This paper analyzes the current situation of storage management in G Company, and finds that the company's problems mainly focus on storage arrangement and storage layout. Then, based on EIQ analysis, the storage order of G Company is analyzed. The analysis of three dimensions of IK, through the results of EIQ analysis and combined with the COI model to G company storage optimization, the use of gold region segmentation theory. The storage area of G company warehouse shelf is divided into three regions, and the distribution map of all kinds of products in the shelf storage area is obtained. Then, based on the SLP method, the comprehensive relationship analysis of each region of G company is carried out. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of G company, the storage layout is optimized, and a more suitable storage layout scheme is obtained. Finally. Using AHP to construct the evaluation model of storage management optimization effect of G company, and through the questionnaire survey of 50 managers and technicians of the company, to evaluate the optimization effect of this paper. The evaluation results of the optimized scheme are subordinate to "excellent". It is proved that this optimization study is helpful to the warehouse management of G Company. In the course of the research, the thesis starts from the perspective of the future development of G Company by consulting a large number of statistical data and conducting field investigations. It is of practical significance to optimize the storage layout and storage arrangement. It is hoped that this paper can solve the practical problems of G company at the same time. For other similar enterprises in China to solve storage management problems to provide a reference.
