【摘要】：配送中心設(shè)施的合理布置是配送中心高效運作運作的必要條件，對降低物流成本、提高配送效率起著關(guān)鍵性作用。隨著國內(nèi)醫(yī)藥市場的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展和物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建，連鎖藥店的數(shù)量逐漸增多，因此對連鎖藥店配送中心建設(shè)的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義與實用價值。文章重在研究SLP方法在連鎖藥店設(shè)施布置規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用，參考配送中心設(shè)施布置的其他相關(guān)理論，結(jié)合醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的特殊背景，為連鎖藥店配送中心的規(guī)劃設(shè)計提供了一個可操作性較高的方法。 文章使用的主要研究方法為SLP方法，，故需要詳細(xì)分析連鎖藥店配送中心區(qū)域劃分以及內(nèi)部運作流程的特殊性，再結(jié)合藥品存儲與搬運標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，得到一種改進(jìn)的SLP方法，可以用來解決藥品配送中心的倉儲能力設(shè)計、功能區(qū)劃分、內(nèi)部流程分析以及布局規(guī)劃的問題。山東立健醫(yī)藥城有限公司，隸屬于山東康諾盛世醫(yī)藥有限公司，是山東省最大的醫(yī)藥零售連鎖企業(yè)之一。隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)量的增長和銷售規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，需要在濟(jì)南地區(qū)新建一個物流配送中心來滿足公司連鎖經(jīng)營的發(fā)展。本文采用改進(jìn)后的SLP方法來對立健醫(yī)藥城濟(jì)南地區(qū)配送中心進(jìn)行設(shè)施布置，在運用SLP方法之前，還需要分析配送中心業(yè)務(wù)量的預(yù)測方法和特征，結(jié)合醫(yī)藥物流的行業(yè)特點，選用時間序列分析法中的二次指數(shù)平滑法和因果關(guān)系分析預(yù)測法中的線性回歸分析法，應(yīng)用WinQSB軟件求解預(yù)測模型，應(yīng)用組合預(yù)測模型，對連鎖藥店配送中心的需求量進(jìn)行預(yù)測。根據(jù)預(yù)測結(jié)果，按照SLP方法的具體步驟，可以得到兩個符合基本要求的設(shè)施布置平面圖方案，再應(yīng)用模糊綜合評價方法，選出最適合企業(yè)實際與要求的方案，驗證了SLP方法在連鎖藥店配送中心設(shè)施布置中的可行性。 通過本文的研究，可以為其他連鎖藥店配送中心甚至其他類型的配送中心的系統(tǒng)布置規(guī)劃研究提供方法與理論上的指導(dǎo)，為從事此方面研究的科研工作者們提供有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:The reasonable layout of the distribution center facilities is the necessary condition for the efficient operation of the distribution center, which can reduce the logistics cost. With the rapid development of domestic medicine market and the construction of logistics distribution network, the number of chain pharmacies is increasing gradually. Therefore, the study of chain drugstore distribution center construction has important practical significance and practical value. This paper focuses on the application of SLP method in the layout planning of chain drugstore facilities. Referring to other relevant theories of distribution center facilities layout and combining with the special background of pharmaceutical industry, this paper provides a more operable method for the planning and design of chain drugstore distribution center. The main research method used in this paper is the SLP method, so it is necessary to analyze the particularity of the regional division of distribution center of chain drugstore and the internal operation process in detail, and combine with the standard of drug storage and handling. An improved SLP method can be used to solve the storage capacity design, functional zoning, internal process analysis and layout planning of drug distribution center. Shandong Lijian Medical City Co., Ltd. Belongs to Shandong Konuo Shengshi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., is one of the largest pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in Shandong Province. With the growth of business volume and the expansion of sales scale. Need to build a new logistics distribution center in Jinan to meet the development of the company chain management. This paper uses the improved SLP method to set up facilities for Jinan distribution center. Before the application of SLP method, we also need to analyze the forecasting method and characteristics of distribution center business volume, combined with the characteristics of pharmaceutical logistics industry. The quadratic exponential smoothing method in time series analysis and the linear regression analysis method in causality analysis and prediction method are used to solve the prediction model with WinQSB software and the combined prediction model is applied. The demand of distribution center of chain drugstore is forecasted. According to the forecast result, according to the concrete steps of SLP method, we can get two plans of layout plan which accord with the basic requirements. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to select the most suitable scheme for the enterprise to meet the actual and requirements. The feasibility of the SLP method in the layout of distribution center facilities of the chain drugstore is verified. Through the research of this paper, it can provide the method and theoretical guidance for other chain drugstore distribution center and even other types of distribution center system layout planning research. It provides a valuable reference for researchers engaged in this field of research.
