【摘要】：蘇州歷史城鎮(zhèn)，歷史文化悠久、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)。歷史城鎮(zhèn)具有保護(hù)與發(fā)展的雙重要求。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，蘇州歷史城鎮(zhèn)的保護(hù)更是面臨空前壓力，而產(chǎn)業(yè)尤其是工業(yè)發(fā)展及空間布局在很大程度上影響或決定了歷史城鎮(zhèn)的保護(hù)成效。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)典型性蘇州歷史城鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及空間布局的研究，為協(xié)調(diào)蘇州歷史城鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系提供較為系統(tǒng)的對(duì)策建議，并為其它歷史城鎮(zhèn)及一般城鎮(zhèn)在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中提供歷史保護(hù)及城鎮(zhèn)特色維護(hù)的對(duì)策借鑒。 論文以歷史保護(hù)為導(dǎo)向、以產(chǎn)業(yè)空間為研究主體，進(jìn)行了三方面的研究：首先，展開歷史城鎮(zhèn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)聯(lián)內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)研究，得出歷史保護(hù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的辯證關(guān)系，并由此圈定現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研中產(chǎn)業(yè)空間的內(nèi)容層次；其次，，研究蘇州歷史城鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)的內(nèi)容及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況，聯(lián)系前文得出的產(chǎn)業(yè)空間要素對(duì)蘇州歷史城鎮(zhèn)展開深層次調(diào)查，歸納出產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特征、產(chǎn)業(yè)用地拓展趨勢(shì)、空間布局模式及空間設(shè)計(jì)四方面特征，并以歷史保護(hù)要求對(duì)相應(yīng)特征進(jìn)行分析，引出相關(guān)特征的導(dǎo)因；再次，根據(jù)上文得出的問題導(dǎo)因，聯(lián)系蘇州歷史保護(hù)的基本原則及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及空間布局兩方面提出對(duì)策、同時(shí)構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃管理支持體系。最后，在梳理全文脈絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)上，以u(píng)*直鎮(zhèn)的現(xiàn)狀緊密結(jié)合本文的技術(shù)思路進(jìn)行具體案例研究。 論文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于：第一，以歷史保護(hù)為研究視角，問題和對(duì)策的落腳點(diǎn)是產(chǎn)業(yè)空間；第二，問題與對(duì)策兼顧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的宏觀個(gè)體、空間實(shí)體及管制手段，研究?jī)?nèi)容兼具針對(duì)性與系統(tǒng)性。
[Abstract]:Suzhou has a long history and culture and developed industrial economy. Historical towns have the dual requirements of protection and development. With the rapid economic development, the protection of Suzhou historical towns is facing unprecedented pressure. The industry, especially the industrial development and spatial layout, to a large extent affect or determine the effectiveness of the protection of historical towns. This paper aims to study the industrial development and spatial layout of typical Suzhou historical towns. In order to coordinate the relationship between the protection of Suzhou historical towns and the development of industry, it provides more systematic countermeasures and suggestions. It also provides historical protection and countermeasures for the maintenance of urban characteristics in the process of industrial development of other historical towns and general towns. The thesis takes the historical protection as the direction, takes the industrial space as the research subject, has carried on the three aspects research: first, launches the historical town, the industry development correlation content foundation research. The dialectical relationship between historical protection and industrial development is obtained, and the content level of industrial space in the current situation investigation is delineated. Secondly, it studies the content of Suzhou historical town protection and the general situation of industrial development, connecting with the previous industrial spatial elements of Suzhou historical towns to carry out a deep investigation, summed up the characteristics of industrial development. The development trend of industrial land, the spatial layout model and the spatial design are analyzed, and the corresponding characteristics are analyzed according to the requirements of historical protection, leading to the causes of the related characteristics. Thirdly, according to the above problems, connecting with the basic principles of Suzhou historical protection and industrial development goals, from the industrial development and spatial layout two aspects of countermeasures. At the same time, build the corresponding planning management support system. Finally, on the basis of combing the full text of the context, the article closely combines the status quo of the town with the technical ideas of this paper to carry out a specific case study. The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: first, take the historical protection as the research angle, the problem and the countermeasure is the industrial space; Second, the problems and countermeasures take into account the macro individuals, spatial entities and regulatory means of industrial development, and the research contents are both targeted and systematic.
