【摘要】:摘要:可行性研究直接影響投資決策,是項(xiàng)目管理的源頭?尚行匝芯康姆椒ㄔ诠方ㄔO(shè)決策分析方面有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,本文即旨在通過(guò)可行性研究,科學(xué)地分析得出長(zhǎng)株潭環(huán)線株洲段高速公路項(xiàng)目合理的建設(shè)方案。 論文基于可行性研究的理論和程序,結(jié)合公路項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),首先通過(guò)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和交通運(yùn)輸調(diào)查法,得到大量基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),接著運(yùn)用“四階段”法進(jìn)行定量研究,預(yù)測(cè)出了該項(xiàng)目所在區(qū)域交通量增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),分析了現(xiàn)有公路網(wǎng)交通壓力過(guò)大、運(yùn)輸負(fù)擔(dān)過(guò)重的現(xiàn)狀,得出了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性。然后通過(guò)工程技術(shù)分析,論證選定了擬建項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過(guò)比較分析三條備選路線的優(yōu)劣,論證確定了擬建項(xiàng)目的推薦方案,再根據(jù)工程量定額與清單計(jì)價(jià)法估算出了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的投資額。之后運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析方法,通過(guò)從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)角度分析主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)在經(jīng)濟(jì)上的可行性。其后運(yùn)用定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法從多個(gè)角度分析了擬建項(xiàng)目的社會(huì)可行性。最后綜合技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)三方面分析結(jié)果得出了項(xiàng)目建設(shè)方案是科學(xué)可行的結(jié)論。 論文通過(guò)理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的研究,說(shuō)明了公路建設(shè)可行性研究的一般流程,是指導(dǎo)長(zhǎng)株潭環(huán)線株洲段高速公路項(xiàng)目建設(shè)實(shí)施的重要依據(jù),對(duì)其它公路項(xiàng)目建設(shè)可行性研究也具有參考價(jià)值。本文共有圖
[Abstract]:Absrtact: feasibility study has direct influence on investment decision and is the source of project management. The method of feasibility study is widely used in highway construction decision analysis. Scientific analysis of the Chang-Zhu-Tan Ring Line Zhuzhou section of the highway project reasonable construction plan. Based on the theory and procedure of feasibility study, combined with the characteristics of highway project, this paper firstly obtains a large amount of basic data through the method of social economy and transportation investigation, and then uses the "four stages" method to carry on the quantitative research. This paper predicts the increasing trend of traffic volume in the region where the project is located, analyzes the current situation of the existing highway network with excessive traffic pressure and heavy transportation burden, and concludes the necessity of the project construction. Then, through the analysis of engineering technology. Through comparative analysis of the merits and demerits of the three alternative routes, the paper determines the recommended scheme of the proposed project. Then according to the quantity quota and bill valuation method to estimate the amount of investment in the project construction, and then use the dynamic economic analysis method. This paper analyzes the economic feasibility of the main evaluation indexes from the macro and micro perspectives. Then, the social feasibility of the proposed project is analyzed from several angles by using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, the integrated technology is used to analyze the social feasibility of the proposed project. Art. The results of economic and social analysis show that the project construction scheme is scientific and feasible. Through theoretical and practical research, the paper explains the general process of highway construction feasibility study, which is an important basis for guiding the implementation of the Chang-Zhu-Tan Ring Line Zhuzhou Expressway Project. This paper also has reference value for the feasibility study of other highway projects.
