【摘要】：醫(yī)藥在人們生活中占有十分重要的位置，大部分藥品在流通過程中需低溫冷藏，醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流市場(chǎng)巨大。近幾年來連續(xù)發(fā)生的藥品不合格事件讓人們提高了警惕，醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流也越來越被人們重視。 本文從藥品冷鏈配送和藥品質(zhì)量管理兩個(gè)方面研究了大順醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流運(yùn)營(yíng)管理中存在的問題，并提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案。 在醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流配送環(huán)節(jié)，基于冷藏藥品和冷鏈物流的特殊性，冷鏈配送路徑優(yōu)化除考慮常溫貨物的運(yùn)輸成本外，還應(yīng)考慮冷藏藥品配送過程中的質(zhì)量損耗和客戶時(shí)間窗等要求。本文在滿足客戶時(shí)間窗要求的條件下，對(duì)影響藥品冷鏈配送的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析，構(gòu)建了冷鏈物流配送模型，并從成本節(jié)約最大的角度，運(yùn)用啟發(fā)式算法，給出了模型求解方法。 對(duì)客戶而言，藥品質(zhì)量也是被極其關(guān)心的一個(gè)問題。醫(yī)藥冷鏈物流質(zhì)量體系是諸多因素相互依賴、相互作用的結(jié)果。大順物流公司作為第三方物流企業(yè)，為客戶提供高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)是企業(yè)的目的，而冷鏈物流的服務(wù)質(zhì)量又主要依賴于藥品的質(zhì)量。本文通過對(duì)HACCP質(zhì)量管理體系的研究，結(jié)合大順物流企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，，給出了相應(yīng)的藥品質(zhì)量管理措施，涉及到體制、設(shè)備、人、作業(yè)流程、環(huán)境、計(jì)量與測(cè)試手段等六要素。
[Abstract]:The medicine occupies a very important position in people's life, most of the drugs of low temperature refrigeration needed in the circulation process, pharmaceutical cold chain logistics market is huge. In recent years the continuous occurrence of drug failure event made people vigilance, pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is more and more valued.
This paper studies the problem of Dashun pharmaceutical cold chain logistics management problems from two aspects of pharmaceutical cold chain distribution and quality management, and put forward the corresponding optimization scheme.
In the pharmaceutical cold chain distribution, special cold medicines and cold chain logistics based on cold chain distribution path optimization in addition to considering the transportation cost of goods at room temperature, should also be considered in the process of cold medicines distribution quality loss and customer requirements. Based on the time window of time window to meet customer requirements under the conditions of influence factors of medicine cold chain distribution analysis, constructs the cold chain logistics distribution model, and the maximum saving from the perspective of cost, using the heuristic algorithm, solving method of the model are presented.
To the customer, a problem is extremely concerned about the quality of the drug. The quality of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system is a lot of factors depend on each other, the result of the interaction. Dashun logistics company as the third party logistics enterprises, to provide customers with high quality service is the purpose of the enterprise, the quality of cold chain logistics service quality mainly depends on the in medicine. Through the research on the HACCP quality management system, combined with the status quo of Dashun logistic enterprises, given the drug quality management measures, involving system, equipment, process, environment, measurement and test methods of six elements.
