【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流在社會進步和國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用,是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中一個重要的經(jīng)濟增長點,尤其在企業(yè)中被認為是降低物資消耗和提高勞動生產(chǎn)率之外的“第三利潤源泉”。隨著人民生活水平的日益提高和現(xiàn)代物流的快速發(fā)展,人們的消費觀念也開始轉(zhuǎn)向美味新鮮飽含營養(yǎng)的水產(chǎn)品,于是水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的概念正是在上述背景下提出來的。 但是,我國目前冷鏈物流的發(fā)展水平較為落后,仍處于剛起步階段,系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化的物流發(fā)展體系尚不健全。這樣的物流體系不僅會使國民經(jīng)濟造成巨大的損失,而且會給人民的食品安全造成威脅。所以對水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流整體績效評價的研究已經(jīng)迫在眉睫,這是本文研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 本論文是在對國內(nèi)外水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流績效評價研究現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運用了供應(yīng)鏈理論、冷鏈與冷鏈物流理論、水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流理論以及績效管理理論,研究了水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流績效評價的理論和方法。關(guān)于水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流績效評價體系的構(gòu)建,本論文主要是從顧客價值和供應(yīng)鏈價值兩個角度研究了它們的績效和評價體系,并相應(yīng)的給出了每個指標的量化方法。為了更好的貼合實際,本論文深入企業(yè)內(nèi)部給出了基于層次分析法的綜合評價方法,并進行了實證分析。通過本論文對水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流績效平價的研究,旨在為水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的運作和績效管理提供一些有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics plays an important role in the social progress and the rapid development of the national economy. It is an important economic growth point in the economic development. Especially in enterprises, it is considered as the "third profit source" besides reducing material consumption and improving labor productivity. With the increasing improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of modern logistics. People's consumption concept also began to turn to delicious fresh and nutritious aquatic products, so the concept of aquatic products cold chain logistics is put forward under the above background. However, the development level of cold chain logistics in China is relatively backward, is still in its infancy and systematization. The standardized logistics development system is not perfect. Such a logistics system will not only cause huge losses to the national economy. Therefore, it is urgent to study the whole performance evaluation of aquatic product cold chain logistics, which is the theoretical and practical significance of this study. This paper is based on the analysis of domestic and foreign aquatic product cold chain logistics performance evaluation, the use of supply chain theory, cold chain logistics theory, aquatic products cold chain logistics theory and performance management theory. This paper studies the theory and method of performance evaluation of cold-chain logistics of aquatic products and the construction of performance evaluation system of cold-chain logistics of aquatic products. This paper mainly studies their performance and evaluation system from two angles of customer value and supply chain value, and gives the quantitative method of each index accordingly. This paper gives a comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and carries out empirical analysis. Through this paper, the performance parity of cold-chain logistics of aquatic products is studied. The aim is to provide some valuable reference for the operation and performance management of aquatic cold chain logistics.
