【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展，社會產(chǎn)品的豐富，物流系統(tǒng)越來越受到人們的重視，從上世紀(jì)中葉到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)形成了成熟的學(xué)科。由于社會產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量增多，生產(chǎn)規(guī)模也越來越大，對物流系統(tǒng)的要求也越來越高。雖然中國的汽車物流業(yè)起步較晚，但國內(nèi)汽車制造商逐漸意識到“第三利潤源泉”就是物流系統(tǒng)。國內(nèi)和國外的業(yè)內(nèi)人士已經(jīng)認(rèn)可了“豐田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)”和“精益物流”模式下的物流。本文將通過把握和分析公司的物流體系，采用“豐田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)”的概念，參考豐田的企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，在A公司的物流下游體系框架下，，引入精益物流的模式和思想，對A公司的物流進(jìn)行改善，并探索精益物流在汽車行業(yè)的應(yīng)用，甚至是豐田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)在實際中的應(yīng)用，希望給大家?guī)硪恍┙梃b和學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the abundance of social products, people pay more and more attention to the logistics system. From the middle of last century to now, a mature discipline has been formed. The scale of production is also getting larger and larger, and the demand for logistics system is also getting higher and higher, although the automobile logistics industry in China started relatively late. But domestic automakers have come to realize that the "third source of profit" is the logistics system. Domestic and foreign insiders have recognized the "Toyota production system" and "lean logistics" This paper will grasp and analyze the logistics system of the company. Adopting the concept of "Toyota production system", referring to the current situation of Toyota, introducing the mode and thought of lean logistics under the framework of downstream logistics system of company A, the logistics of company A is improved. And explore the application of lean logistics in the automotive industry, even Toyota production system in the actual application, hoping to bring some lessons and learning.
