【摘要】:S物流企業(yè)成立于90年代初,是由一家臺灣倉儲股份有限公司與國內(nèi)的一家投資公司共同投資組建的從事傳統(tǒng)物流業(yè)務(wù)的一家合資企業(yè)。S物流企業(yè)通過在物流行業(yè)內(nèi)幾十年的奮斗和發(fā)展,其已經(jīng)能為客戶提供國際貨代服務(wù)、運(yùn)輸服務(wù)、倉儲服務(wù)、箱管服務(wù)等全方位一體化的物流配套服務(wù)。近些年來,企業(yè)由于受到物流行業(yè)的激烈競爭、國內(nèi)用工成本持續(xù)上漲、營業(yè)稅改增值稅的稅制改革等諸多方面的影響,企業(yè)的贏利能力一直在減弱,利潤額明顯出現(xiàn)了下滑趨勢。因此,S物流企業(yè)一直試圖開創(chuàng)新的業(yè)務(wù),以便能為企業(yè)帶來新的利潤源、增加企業(yè)的贏利能力,讓企業(yè)走出目前贏利能力差的困境,從而也能夠增加企業(yè)的實(shí)力以使其穩(wěn)穩(wěn)地立足于國內(nèi)競爭激烈的物流行業(yè)之中。 發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)(物流金融業(yè)務(wù)),對S物流企業(yè)來說具有提升其利潤的作用。因?yàn)槲锪鹘鹑谑且环N三方共贏的業(yè)務(wù)模式,其能夠?yàn)閲鴥?nèi)有融資困難的中小企業(yè)們注入一種新的融資解決方案,有望能夠緩解中小企業(yè)的融資壓力;同時,物流金融業(yè)務(wù)也能使物流企業(yè)和銀行等金融機(jī)構(gòu)贏得新的市場份額,為其開辟新的發(fā)展空間。 本人在對S物流企業(yè)為期半年多的實(shí)踐過程中,了解到了企業(yè)目前的一些實(shí)際情況和經(jīng)營困境,因此本文想以S物流企業(yè)作為物流金融的應(yīng)用研究對象,試圖通過運(yùn)用物流工程、會計(jì)和法學(xué)相關(guān)的理論知識,能為S物流企業(yè)在開展物流金融業(yè)務(wù)上提供一些諸如物流金融運(yùn)作模型、物流金融風(fēng)險評估模型、物流金融定價策略等相關(guān)問題的解決方案,希望對S物流企業(yè)在拓展新業(yè)務(wù)的道路上能夠起到一定幫助和借鑒作用,為其轉(zhuǎn)型成為一個開展金融業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)盡到自己的一點(diǎn)綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:S logistics enterprise was established in early 90s. It is a joint venture. S logistics enterprise, which is invested by a Taiwan warehousing company and an investment company in China, is engaged in traditional logistics business through decades of struggle and development in the logistics industry. It has been able to provide customers with international freight forwarding services, transportation services, warehousing services, container management services and other comprehensive integrated logistics services. In recent years, enterprises have been subjected to fierce competition in the logistics industry. Domestic labor costs continue to rise, business tax reform of the value-added tax system and other aspects of the impact, the profitability of enterprises has been weakened, profit has obviously declined. S logistics enterprises have been trying to create new business, in order to bring new profit sources for enterprises, increase the profitability of enterprises, let enterprises out of the current predicament of poor profitability. It can also increase the strength of the enterprise to make it firmly based in the domestic competitive logistics industry. The development of modern logistics industry (logistics finance business, for S logistics enterprises to enhance their profits, because logistics finance is a tripartite win-win business model. It can inject a new financing solution for domestic SMEs with financing difficulties, which is expected to alleviate the financing pressure of SMEs; At the same time, logistics financial business can also make logistics enterprises and banks and other financial institutions win a new market share, open up a new space for its development. In the practice of S logistics enterprise for more than half a year, I know some actual situation and management predicament of the enterprise at present, so I want to take S logistics enterprise as the application research object of logistics finance. Through the use of logistics engineering, accounting and law related theoretical knowledge, S logistics enterprises in the development of logistics financial business can provide some logistics financial operation model, logistics financial risk assessment model. Logistics financial pricing strategy and other related solutions, hoping to S logistics enterprises in the development of new business on the road can play a certain role in helping and reference. For its transformation into a financial business of modern logistics enterprises to do their little bit.
