【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是客觀存在的,任何項(xiàng)目都存在一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),尤其對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目而言,由于其是一種綜合性的作業(yè)活動(dòng),所以在整個(gè)實(shí)施的過(guò)程中,項(xiàng)目管理人員都要充分重視。作為一種項(xiàng)目工程,泰祥集團(tuán)檢測(cè)中心在建設(shè)過(guò)程中,存在著建設(shè)規(guī)模大、周期長(zhǎng)的特點(diǎn),并且從建設(shè)初始至項(xiàng)目的最終使用,不僅需要外部施工單位等多方面的參與,也需要內(nèi)部做好各種協(xié)調(diào)工作,正是眾多部分的配合及外部環(huán)境的不確定性,使得此項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)的過(guò)程中也不可避免的會(huì)遇到各種內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范意識(shí),加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,將可能的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降到最小化程度,是泰祥集團(tuán)檢測(cè)中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的最終目的。本文以泰祥集團(tuán)檢測(cè)中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為研究對(duì)象,在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)概念及理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用文獻(xiàn)查閱法與層次分析法等定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目存在的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了客觀的分析,并為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范提出了合理化建議。本文通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資決策期、建設(shè)期、運(yùn)營(yíng)期不同時(shí)期的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,并在此基礎(chǔ)上按照專(zhuān)家打分法對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果對(duì)不同時(shí)期的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相對(duì)應(yīng)的策略,力求為管理者在項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐中提供合理化建議,降低事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目及集團(tuán)帶來(lái)的損失。
[Abstract]:Risk is objective, any project has certain risks, especially for engineering projects, because it is a comprehensive operational activities, so in the whole implementation process. As a kind of project project, the testing center of Taixiang Group has the characteristics of large scale and long period, and from the beginning of construction to the final use of the project. Not only external construction units and other aspects of the participation, but also need to do a variety of internal coordination work, is the coordination of many parts and the uncertainty of the external environment. Make this project in the process of construction will inevitably encounter a variety of internal and external risks. Improve risk awareness, strengthen risk management, will reduce the possible risk to minimize the degree. This paper takes the risk management of the construction project of the test center of Taixiang Group as the research object, based on the related concepts and theories of risk management. The paper analyzes the potential risk of the project objectively by combining qualitative and quantitative methods such as literature review and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). And put forward reasonable suggestions for risk prevention. This paper identifies the main risks in different periods of project investment decision-making period, construction period and operation period. And on this basis, according to the expert scoring method for comprehensive evaluation of risk, according to the results of the evaluation of the corresponding strategies for different periods of risk, to provide reasonable suggestions for managers in the practice of project management. Reduce the loss to the project and group caused by accident risk.
