【摘要】：存貨質(zhì)押融資是當(dāng)下物流金融領(lǐng)域中最重要的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式之一，是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)非常的重要力量，同時(shí)也是解決目前企業(yè)融資難問(wèn)題，特別是中小企業(yè)借款難問(wèn)題的一個(gè)重要方式。存貨質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)屬于物流行業(yè)與金融行業(yè)在實(shí)踐中相結(jié)合應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的一種產(chǎn)物，既是金融行業(yè)一種創(chuàng)新，也是物流業(yè)的一種創(chuàng)新。在實(shí)踐中，存貨質(zhì)押融資最先被大型企業(yè)采用，尤其是跟銀行有良好合作關(guān)系的大型企業(yè)，隨著中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的強(qiáng)勁增長(zhǎng)，中小企業(yè)成為一支重要的生力軍，這種融資方式逐漸被中小企業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用。采用質(zhì)押融資方式給企業(yè)帶來(lái)兩個(gè)方面的好處，一方面能夠更好的解決中小企業(yè)的融資難問(wèn)題，幫助中小企業(yè)因資金緊張無(wú)法持續(xù)生產(chǎn)或者擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)的問(wèn)題；另一方面，可以幫助銀行開(kāi)展有信譽(yù)的客戶貸款，降低貸款違約的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，獲得更大的市場(chǎng)份額；再其次，對(duì)于物流企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，可以促進(jìn)物流企業(yè)向更專(zhuān)業(yè)化方向發(fā)展，拓展新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域，提高自身的盈利能力。所以存貨質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)能夠很好的解決企業(yè)與銀行之間的矛盾，幫助銀行與物流企業(yè)，中小企業(yè)與物流企業(yè)融合資源，從而使銀行、中小企業(yè)、物流企業(yè)三方都能獲益，實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏的目標(biāo)。 然而，現(xiàn)實(shí)中由于存貨質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)還處于快速發(fā)展階段，收到種種因素的影響，還沒(méi)有形成完善的理論框架�，F(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)大多是從靜態(tài)進(jìn)行研究存貨質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)。 在本文中，首先從存貨質(zhì)押的時(shí)代背景入手，介紹國(guó)際上、國(guó)內(nèi)存貨質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，進(jìn)而論述中小企業(yè)的相關(guān)概念和存貨質(zhì)押的概念及理論依據(jù)。在文章第三章論述需求確定條件下的存貨質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)最優(yōu)比例，，在第四章論述需求不確定條件下的存貨質(zhì)押比例，在需求不確定條件下的存貨質(zhì)押中利用報(bào)童模型求解，然后給出算例，用算例驗(yàn)證是否存在最優(yōu)的質(zhì)押比以及存貨質(zhì)押比與銀行利率、存貨質(zhì)押比與質(zhì)押率之間的關(guān)系。最后給出結(jié)論即在實(shí)踐中當(dāng)中小企業(yè)采用存貨質(zhì)押融資這種方式進(jìn)行融資時(shí)，存在最優(yōu)質(zhì)押比以及最優(yōu)質(zhì)押比與其他變量之間的關(guān)系。最后提出文章研究的不足與進(jìn)一步研究的方向以及中小企業(yè)開(kāi)展存貨質(zhì)押融資業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)，應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Inventory financing is one of the most important form of realization of current logistics in the financial field, is a very important force to promote economic growth, but also to solve the financing difficulties of the enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprise loan difficult problem is an important way. A product inventory pledge business belongs to the logistics industry and the financial industry in practice in the combination of the financial industry came into being, is a kind of innovation, also an innovation of the logistics industry. In practice, inventory financing was the first large enterprises to adopt, especially large enterprises have good relations of cooperation with the bank, with strong growth in China market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important force. This mode of financing is gradually applied to small and medium-sized enterprises. The pledge financing bring two benefits to the enterprise, on the one hand, it can better solve the problem of small and medium sized enterprises The problem of financing, to help small and medium enterprises because of funding constraints can not continue production or expand production problems; on the other hand, can help banks to carry out credit loans to customers, reduce the risk of loan defaults, to gain greater market share; secondly, for the logistics enterprises, can promote the development of logistics enterprises to more professional the direction of development, new business areas and improve their profitability. So the stock pledge business can well solve the contradiction between enterprises and banks, help banks and logistics enterprises, resource integration of small and medium-sized enterprises and logistics enterprises, so that the bank, small and medium-sized enterprises, the three party logistics enterprises can benefit and achieve win-win the target.
However, due to the fact that inventory pledge business is still at a rapid development stage, various factors have not yet formed a perfect theoretical framework. Most of the existing literatures are studying inventory pledge business from static perspective.
In this paper, first of all from the inventory background, introduces the development situation of domestic, stock pledge business, and then discusses the concept and theoretical basis of the related concepts of small and medium enterprises and stock pledge. In the third chapter under deterministic demand inventory optimal proportion, in the fourth chapter of uncertain demand under the condition of the stock pledge ratio in demand uncertainty solving newsboy model under the conditions of the pledge of use in inventory, and then an example is given by an example verify the existence of optimal pledge ratio and stock pledge ratio and bank interest rates, the relationship between stock pledge ratio and pledge rate. Finally it gives the conclusion that in practice when small and medium the enterprise inventory financing this way of financing, there is the optimal ratio and the optimal ratio and other variables. Finally, propose the research article The problems that should be paid attention to in the direction of further research and the development of inventory financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.
