【摘要】：我國(guó)區(qū)域物流樞紐發(fā)展實(shí)踐中,存在不少盲目建設(shè)、重復(fù)布局和無(wú)序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等問題,造成社會(huì)物流資源的較大浪費(fèi),導(dǎo)致區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)作效率低下。其主要原因是對(duì)區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)和樞紐的形成演進(jìn)規(guī)律沒有深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),缺乏宏觀的區(qū)域物流樞紐規(guī)劃理論指導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致我國(guó)區(qū)域物流樞紐規(guī)劃缺乏層次性和系統(tǒng)性。本論文在既有理論研究和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)區(qū)域物流樞紐的演進(jìn)機(jī)制和機(jī)理、演化模型、層次劃分評(píng)價(jià)體系及聚類分析,以及樞紐內(nèi)部物流節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)施的動(dòng)態(tài)布局進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的深化研究。論文主要研究工作包括:(1)對(duì)區(qū)域物流、區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)及區(qū)域物流樞紐、物流節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)施等概念及內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行辨析,系統(tǒng)討論區(qū)域物流的結(jié)構(gòu)要素、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)施的配置方式、結(jié)構(gòu)特征及主要功能;深入探討區(qū)域物流樞紐內(nèi)各層次節(jié)點(diǎn)劃分以及相互之間的關(guān)系。(2)從區(qū)域物流發(fā)展規(guī)律層面,對(duì)區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的演化機(jī)理進(jìn)行較詳細(xì)的研究:分析了影響區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的外部影響因素;分析區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,分別就區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的空間相互作用機(jī)制、聚集與擴(kuò)散作用、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)相應(yīng)和節(jié)點(diǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制的作用進(jìn)行深入分析;分析區(qū)域物流樞紐形成機(jī)理,就基于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)演化的形成機(jī)理、基于城市范疇形成機(jī)理以及基于物流經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的運(yùn)動(dòng)的形成機(jī)理三個(gè)方面展開深入研究;分析區(qū)域物流結(jié)構(gòu)演化階段和途徑;分析區(qū)域物流樞紐的發(fā)展演變基礎(chǔ);分析物流樞紐城市的發(fā)展模式。(3)在研究演進(jìn)機(jī)制、機(jī)理和規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建三個(gè)演化模型:區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)間演化模型、以節(jié)點(diǎn)吸引為基礎(chǔ)的演化模型、基于各邊非均衡權(quán)值的網(wǎng)絡(luò)生長(zhǎng)模型。分析結(jié)果表明,以物流節(jié)點(diǎn)成長(zhǎng)為基礎(chǔ)的區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)在選擇與之連接的節(jié)點(diǎn)時(shí),具有擇優(yōu)性、不同吸引力、非均衡性,促進(jìn)區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)演進(jìn)呈無(wú)標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò),也就是具有層次網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。因而,通過三個(gè)演化模型進(jìn)行了不同角度的分析和論證,為現(xiàn)實(shí)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了理論探索和解釋,也在理論上驗(yàn)證了前述章節(jié)對(duì)區(qū)域物流樞紐結(jié)構(gòu)特征和演化機(jī)理的分析。(4)構(gòu)建區(qū)域物流樞紐宏觀布局層次分類的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行聚類分析。針對(duì)樞紐層次劃分的影響因素分析,在對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)海選的基礎(chǔ)上,采用因子分析對(duì)初始指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選和優(yōu)化,構(gòu)建區(qū)域物流樞紐層次分類的宏觀布局評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;根據(jù)所構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系對(duì)一個(gè)區(qū)域不同物流節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行聚類分析,以期對(duì)我國(guó)區(qū)域物流樞紐的層次劃分和發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供理論基礎(chǔ)。(5)針對(duì)區(qū)域物流樞紐城市在區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的地位和功能,對(duì)其內(nèi)部的各級(jí)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有機(jī)的合理布局,以實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域物流樞紐在物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的中樞和轉(zhuǎn)換的功能。由于物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的選址決策屬于長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略決策,根據(jù)近期、中期、遠(yuǎn)期需求變化構(gòu)建物流園區(qū)和物流中心兩個(gè)層級(jí)的物流節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)施的動(dòng)態(tài)選址模型,并進(jìn)行了算例分析。
[Abstract]:Regional logistics hub of China's development practice, there are many blind construction, repeated layout and disorderly competition, resulting in great waste of social logistics resources, resulting in inefficient operation of regional logistics network. The main reason is the evolution of no deep understanding of the formation of regional logistics network and the hub, the lack of the theory of regional logistics hub planning the macroscopic guidance, resulting in China's regional logistics hub planning lacks systemic levels. In this paper, both theoretical research and Practice on the basis of the evolution mechanism of evolution model and mechanism of regional logistics hub, hierarchy evaluation and cluster analysis, dynamic layout and internal hub of logistics node facilities to deepen the research of the system. The main research work includes: (1) to the regional logistics, regional logistics network and regional logistics hub, the concept and connotation of logistics node facilities etc. Analyze the system structure, discuss the elements of regional logistics node facilities, configuration, structure characteristics and main function; to explore the relationship between regional logistics hub nodes into various levels and each other. (2) from the regional logistics development law, the evolution mechanism of regional logistics network structure is studied in detail. Analysis of the impact of external factors affecting the evolution of regional logistics network structure; analysis of dynamic evolution mechanism of regional logistics network structure, respectively, regional logistics node spatial interaction mechanism, agglomeration and diffusion effect, competition mechanism of network economy of scale and the corresponding node functions in-depth analysis; analysis of regional logistics hub formation mechanism, formation mechanism the evolution of regional economy based on the formation mechanism of city and the formation of category three aspects of mechanism of logistics economic factors based on the movement of the deep expansion based on In the analysis stage and way of research; the evolution of regional logistics structure; analysis of the development of regional logistics hub based evolution; analysis of the development mode of logistics hub city. The analysis results show that the regional logistics network based on the evolution of logistics nodes, because network nodes in the choice of connected nodes, with different optimality, attraction, non-equilibrium, promote the evolution of regional logistics network is a scale-free network, also is a hierarchical network structure.
