【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是現(xiàn)代化的必由之路,在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和促進(jìn)社會和諧方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。城鎮(zhèn)化在拉動消費(fèi)、增加就業(yè)和帶動農(nóng)民增產(chǎn)增收方面作用明顯,城鎮(zhèn)化能夠使產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)和資源能夠相對的集中,利用擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。目前齊齊哈爾市城市化率達(dá)到46.6%,雖然齊齊哈爾市城鎮(zhèn)化水平有了進(jìn)一步的提高,但與黑龍江省水平乃至全國水平相比較,城鎮(zhèn)化水平仍偏低。在推動齊齊哈爾市城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展過程中,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,解決城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)在促進(jìn)地區(qū)發(fā)展中的阻礙作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)地區(qū)的和諧發(fā)展等方面具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文具體分為五部分。第一章為導(dǎo)論,簡要介紹了選題背景和意義,綜述了國內(nèi)外對城鎮(zhèn)化的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡明了研究的目的和意義。第二章對城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,闡明了城鎮(zhèn)化具體特征及有關(guān)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章分析了齊齊哈爾市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第四章分析了齊齊哈爾市實(shí)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的制約因素分析。第五章運(yùn)用比較分析的方法,分析了當(dāng)前我國城鎮(zhèn)化較發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以此找出齊齊哈爾市發(fā)展的可借鑒之處。第六章遵循提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,分析了齊齊哈爾市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的可行性對策。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the only way to modernization, which plays an important role in promoting economic development, industrial structure adjustment and social harmony. Increasing employment and driving farmers to increase production and income, the role of urbanization can make products, technology and resources can be relatively concentrated. At present, the urbanization rate of Qiqihar has reached 46.6%, although the urbanization level of Qiqihar has been further improved. However, compared with the level of Heilongjiang Province and even the national level, the level of urbanization is still low. In the process of promoting the development of urbanization in Qiqihar, how to achieve the coordinated development between urbanization and economic growth. To solve the dual structure of urban and rural areas in promoting regional development in the role of obstacles to achieve the harmonious development of the region has a certain practical significance. The paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, summarizes the current research situation of urbanization at home and abroad, and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research. Chapter two defines the connotation of urbanization. This paper expounds the specific characteristics of urbanization and the theoretical basis of urbanization development. Chapter 3 analyzes the present situation and existing problems of urbanization development in Qiqihar city. Chapter 4th analyzes the system of realizing urbanization development in Qiqihar city. Chapter 5th uses the method of comparative analysis. This paper analyzes the present situation of urbanization in the more developed areas of urbanization in our country, and finds out the reference for the development of Qiqihar City. Chapter 6th follows the train of thought of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. The feasible countermeasures of urbanization development in Qiqihar are analyzed.
