【摘要】：現(xiàn)今我國房地產(chǎn)、市政綜合性集團企業(yè)越來越多,這些企業(yè)集團在經(jīng)營發(fā)展過程中不可避免地出現(xiàn)了一些問題,如企業(yè)跨區(qū)域管理、投資控股關系處理、母子公司管控等等。本文立足于房地產(chǎn)及市政行業(yè),以中新蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)開發(fā)集團股份有限公司為例,詳細分析了中新集團財務管控存在的問題,并提出了相應的解決措施。 全文首先介紹了論文研究的背景與意義、研究的內(nèi)容與方法；其次對現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)外出現(xiàn)的關于企業(yè)集團的理論研究進行了簡單的概述,并闡述了企業(yè)集團財務管控的作用和特點。文章第三部分主要是對企業(yè)集團財務管控體系進行了分析,包括集團財務管控的內(nèi)容、手段及管控的模式,為文章后面的內(nèi)容陳述作好理論鋪墊。全文的重點在第四部分與第五部分,著重分析了中新集團財務管控的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,并從長遠出發(fā)結合集團實際,提出了一系列的優(yōu)化措施及輔助配套措施。最后,對全文進行了概括性陳述。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, there are more and more real estate and municipal comprehensive group enterprises in our country. These enterprise groups inevitably have some problems in the process of operation and development, such as the cross-regional management of enterprises and the handling of investment holding relationship. Based on the real estate and municipal industries, this paper analyzes the problems of financial control in Zhongxin Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. The corresponding measures are put forward. First of all, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, research content and methods; Secondly, the paper gives a brief overview of the theoretical research on enterprise groups at home and abroad at the present stage. The third part mainly analyzes the financial control system of enterprise group, including the content, means and mode of financial control. The focus of the paper is 4th and 5th parts, focusing on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of financial control in Sinochem Group, and from the long-term perspective combined with the Group's reality. A series of optimization measures and auxiliary measures are put forward.
