【摘要】：重慶市1997年直轄成為我國(guó)最年輕的且是中西部地區(qū)唯一的直轄市�，F(xiàn)階段國(guó)家深入實(shí)施西部大開(kāi)發(fā)、擴(kuò)大內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放、建設(shè)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶等發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，為處在戰(zhàn)略交匯點(diǎn)的重慶開(kāi)辟了新的發(fā)展空間。目前重慶仍屬于欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，正處在統(tǒng)籌區(qū)域發(fā)展、城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、加快轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式、加快形成內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)機(jī)制的的“四個(gè)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)”，目標(biāo)是要更好地發(fā)揮直轄市體制政策優(yōu)勢(shì)，加快建設(shè)國(guó)家中心城市、長(zhǎng)江上游經(jīng)濟(jì)中心和西部地區(qū)重要增長(zhǎng)極。本文正是在這種時(shí)代發(fā)展的大背景下展開(kāi)研究的。城鎮(zhèn)化是重慶城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的核心，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)又是城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要影響因素。在信息化、工業(yè)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的背景下，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整是城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展、促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的保障�；诖�，本文確立的研究主題是重慶市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的影響。 本文在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和理論梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，首先分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響城鎮(zhèn)化的一般機(jī)理。然后對(duì)重慶市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了全面分析，還進(jìn)一步分析了重慶市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與城鎮(zhèn)化的相互促進(jìn)關(guān)系。接著運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法就重慶市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證部分依據(jù)重慶市1997-2012年的各項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，選取城鎮(zhèn)化率、第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值占比、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和高度化指數(shù)及第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率為指標(biāo)變量，從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化影響的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量?jī)筛鱾�(gè)層面分別建立時(shí)間序列回歸模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。最后，總結(jié)給出了本論文的主要研究結(jié)論并說(shuō)明本論文的局限性，并對(duì)進(jìn)一步研究做了展望。 重慶市當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和城鎮(zhèn)化都處于動(dòng)態(tài)地不斷往更高層次發(fā)展的過(guò)程中，但同時(shí)也都表現(xiàn)出突出的二元結(jié)構(gòu)特征。實(shí)證表明，重慶市城鎮(zhèn)化與第二產(chǎn)業(yè)占比和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占比及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和高度化之間存在著長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的關(guān)系。就重慶的實(shí)際情況而言，第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展在數(shù)量和質(zhì)量上對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的貢獻(xiàn)作用都要強(qiáng)于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。同時(shí)在現(xiàn)階段，重慶市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化，高度化對(duì)促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的作用還不是很強(qiáng)。結(jié)合重慶二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際來(lái)看，重慶處于工業(yè)化中期，規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)速度減慢但工業(yè)化內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)上還有很大的改善空間。另外，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)未成熟，尤其是中高端服務(wù)業(yè)還很薄弱，隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的深入發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)在各層次上都有很大的增長(zhǎng)和提升空間。
[Abstract]:Chongqing city in 1997 to become China's youngest municipality directly under the central government and is the only municipality in central and western regions. At present the national in-depth implementation of the western development, the expansion of inland open construction, Silk Road Economic Belt and the Yangtze River economic belt development strategy, opened a new space for development at the strategic intersection of Chongqing. At present, Chongqing is still in underdeveloped areas, regional development, urban and rural development, accelerate the transformation of development mode, accelerate the formation of endogenous growth mechanism of the "four key nodes", the goal is to better play the policy system of municipalities directly under the central government advantages, accelerate the construction of the National Center City, the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the important growth pole in the western region. This is research background in this era of development. The urbanization is the core of the Chongqing urban and rural development, the industrial structure is an important factor affecting the development of urban economy in the letter. Under the background of industrialization and agricultural modernization, the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is the guarantee for the coordinated development of urban and rural economy and the development of urbanization. Based on this, the theme of this paper is the influence of Chongqing's industrial structure on the development of urbanization.
Based on the relevant literature and theory, first analyzed the mechanism of the effect of industrial structure urbanization. Then analyzes the industrial structure and the urbanization development of Chongqing city and the existing problems, further analysis of the relationship between urbanization and industrial structure in Chongqing. Then we use the quantitative economics method to analyze influence of the industrial structure of Chongqing city urbanization. On the basis of the Chongqing city in the empirical part of the statistical data of 1997-2012, select the rate of urbanization, the second, third industry output value accounted for, rationalization of industrial structure and the index of three and two, industry labor productivity index variable, the quantity and quality of industry the structure of urbanization in two aspects respectively establish the time series regression model for empirical analysis. Finally, summary gives the main research of this paper. The limitations of this paper are explained and the prospect of further research is made.
The current industrial structure and urbanization are dynamic and constantly to a higher level of development of Chongqing City, but also exhibits two yuan structure features prominent. Empirical results show that the urbanization of Chongqing city and the second industry and the third industry accounted for the proportion of there is a long-term stable relationship between industrial structure and the rationalization and the height of the actual situation of the Chongqing. In terms of the contribution of the second industrial development of urbanization in the quantity and quality are better than the third industry. At the same time, at present, Chongqing city industrial structure rationalization, height to promote the role of urbanization is not very strong. Combined with the actual development of the three industry in Chongqing two. The view of Chongqing in the middle of industrialization, the scale of growth slowed but the internal structure of industrialization on there is still much room for improvement. In addition, the development of the third industry is far from mature, especially in the high-end service industry is still Weak, with the development of urbanization, the third industry has greatly increased and promoted the space at all levels.
