【摘要】：我國(guó)勞動(dòng)收入份額從1997年的69.18%降到了2011年的54.17%,下降了15.1%,我國(guó)的勞動(dòng)收入份額的持續(xù)下降引起了國(guó)內(nèi)的廣泛關(guān)注,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)勞動(dòng)收入份額的變動(dòng)與我國(guó)的基尼系數(shù)不斷擴(kuò)大、消費(fèi)持續(xù)低迷、產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等問(wèn)題交織在一起,成為制約我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型的重要瓶頸。 本文首先將國(guó)民收入一般均衡模型、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)函數(shù)以及加入人力資本的經(jīng)濟(jì)函數(shù)作為全文分析的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,分析了勞動(dòng)收入份額變動(dòng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響：包括通過(guò)消費(fèi)對(duì)內(nèi)需的影響、通過(guò)投資對(duì)物質(zhì)積累的影響以及經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中技術(shù)進(jìn)步、人力資本、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與勞動(dòng)收入份額的相互變化規(guī)律。接著,建立消費(fèi)傾向、人均GDP、人均GDP的平方項(xiàng)、資本產(chǎn)出比、資本勞動(dòng)比等十個(gè)影響因素關(guān)于勞動(dòng)收入份額決定的計(jì)量模型,通過(guò)回歸分析得出實(shí)證結(jié)論：勞動(dòng)收入份額與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)呈現(xiàn)倒U型的變化規(guī)律符合“庫(kù)茨涅茲假說(shuō)”；資本產(chǎn)出比的系數(shù)為正,資本勞動(dòng)比的系數(shù)為負(fù),表明我國(guó)是以要素投入型為主的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式,呈現(xiàn)出資本深化的特點(diǎn)；勞動(dòng)收入份額與消費(fèi)傾向、人力資本增長(zhǎng)率呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與技術(shù)進(jìn)步、外貿(mào)出口占比、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值占比呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,模型的結(jié)果都與實(shí)際相符。最后,得出提高勞動(dòng)收入份額建立合理的收入分配制度,還富于民,擴(kuò)大消費(fèi),改善投資、走自主創(chuàng)新道路等政策措施。
[Abstract]:The share of labor income in China fell from 69.18% on 1997 to 54.17 on 2011, a decrease of 15.1%. The continuous decline of labor income share in our country has caused widespread concern in China. The study found that the change of labor income share and the Gini coefficient of our country continue to expand, consumption continues to be depressed, and overcapacity. The adjustment of industrial structure has become an important bottleneck restricting the transformation of economic growth and development mode. This paper firstly takes the general equilibrium model of national income, the economic growth function and the economic function of human capital as the theoretical basis of the full text analysis. This paper analyzes the impact of the change of labor income share on economic growth, including the impact of consumption on domestic demand, the impact of investment on material accumulation and the technological progress, human capital and economic globalization in economic growth. The relationship between industrial structure and labor income share. Then, establish the consumption tendency, per capita GDP, per capita GDP square, capital output ratio. Capital to labor ratio and other ten influencing factors on labor income share determination of the measurement model. The empirical conclusion is obtained by regression analysis: the change of labor income share and economic growth is in accordance with the Kuznets hypothesis; The coefficient of capital-output ratio is positive, and the coefficient of capital-labor ratio is negative, which indicates that our country is an economic growth model based on factor input, showing the characteristics of capital deepening. The labor income share has a positive correlation with the consumption tendency, the human capital growth rate, and the technology progress, the foreign trade export proportion, the tertiary industry added value proportion has the negative correlation, the model result all is consistent with the actual situation. It is concluded that reasonable income distribution system should be set up to improve labor income share, to return wealth to the people, to expand consumption, to improve investment, and to take the road of independent innovation.
