【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,運輸需求快速增長,各種物流運輸企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,相互間的競爭越演越烈,鐵路運輸市場受到的威脅越來越大。鐵路貨運物流業(yè)通過進行深化貨運改革,大力發(fā)展鐵路貨運現(xiàn)代物流,取得了一系列的成績,運輸市場占有量得到了逐步提高。本論文研究分析了欽州港口及車站貨運物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出港口及車站貨運物流發(fā)展存在物流發(fā)展低而無序、信息化水平不高、運輸配套設施不完善、運輸組織水平不高、物流管理理念落后、物流人才缺乏、物流園區(qū)管理體制落后等問題。通過SWOT分析方法對車站貨運發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流進行分析研究,指出發(fā)展供應鏈物流、集裝箱物流、快貨物流、多式聯(lián)合運輸物流、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流、保稅物流等適合車站貨運現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的方向,并從轉變物流服務理念、加強物流人才隊伍建設、加強物流信息技術及基礎配套設施建設、推動現(xiàn)代化物流體系建設、優(yōu)化物流組織方式、加強溝通協(xié)調(diào)、加強企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟等方面提出車站貨運向現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, transportation demand rapid growth, rapid development of logistics enterprise, competition intensified, more and more by the threat of railway transportation market. Railway freight logistics industry through deepening freight reform, vigorously develop the railway freight to modern logistics, made a series of achievements. Transport market share has been gradually improved. This paper analyzes the current development of the port and station freight logistics in Qinzhou, to find out the low logistics development disorder existing in the development of port logistics and freight station, informatization level is not high, transportation facilities, transportation organization level is not high, the concept of logistics management, logistics personnel lack problem the logistics park management system lags behind and so on. Through the SWOT analysis to analyze the development of modern logistics freight station, it is pointed out that the development of supply chain logistics, container Fast delivery of logistics, logistics, multimodal transport logistics, agricultural products logistics, bonded logistics, suitable for the development of modern logistics and freight station in the direction of the transition from the idea of logistics service, strengthen the construction of logistics personnel, logistics and information technology to strengthen infrastructure construction, promote the construction of modern logistics system, optimize logistics organization, strengthen communication coordination, strengthen the enterprise strategic alliance put forward countermeasures to the development of modern logistics freight station.
