【摘要】:在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中,市場(chǎng)和行業(yè)的分工日趨細(xì)化,物流管理和服務(wù)的需求也在不斷延伸。人們開始意識(shí)到,單純地把物流環(huán)節(jié)外包給第三方物流公司已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足降低供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作成本的需求,畢竟現(xiàn)在企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是供應(yīng)鏈對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而成本歷來(lái)就是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中最重要的因素之一。在物流系統(tǒng)中,物流中心發(fā)揮著巨大的作用,,而其中物流中心的選址又是對(duì)物流中心的運(yùn)營(yíng)有著戰(zhàn)略性的重要性。 文章選取第三方物流S物流公司作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)其一個(gè)顧客的物流需求分析,以及物流業(yè)務(wù)的流程分析,確定了采用保稅倉(cāng)庫(kù)的方進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化。進(jìn)而根據(jù)顧客的物流需求特點(diǎn),確定了采用層次分析法進(jìn)行保稅倉(cāng)庫(kù)選址問題的求解。接著,論文確定了保稅倉(cāng)庫(kù)選址中的層次化結(jié)構(gòu)評(píng)價(jià)模型,并確定了各個(gè)指標(biāo)的優(yōu)劣性排序,以及各個(gè)備選方案針對(duì)各個(gè)指標(biāo)的優(yōu)劣性排序。最后,將層次分析法決策結(jié)果應(yīng)用到實(shí)際之中,驗(yàn)證了最佳備選方案的實(shí)施效果。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly competitive market economy environment, the division of labor between the market and the industry is becoming more and more detailed, and the demand for logistics management and service is also expanding. People begin to realize. Simply outsourcing logistics links to third party logistics companies has been unable to meet the need to reduce the cost of supply chain operation. After all, the competition of enterprises is the competition of supply chain to supply chain. The cost is always one of the most important factors in the competition. In the logistics system, the logistics center plays a great role, and the location of the logistics center is of strategic importance to the operation of the logistics center. This article selects the third party logistics S logistics company as the research object, through the logistics demand analysis of one of its customers, as well as the logistics business process analysis. Determine the use of bonded warehouse for business process optimization. Then according to the characteristics of customer logistics requirements, determine the use of Analytic hierarchy process to solve the location problem of bonded warehouse. This paper determines the hierarchical structure evaluation model of bonded warehouse location, and determines the ranking of each index, as well as the ranking of each alternative for each index. Finally. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) decision-making result is applied to practice, and the implementation effect of the best alternative scheme is verified.
