【摘要】:近年來發(fā)生各種突發(fā)事件的頻率不斷增加,已經(jīng)對我們?nèi)嗣竦纳踩斐闪司薮蟮碾[患,對我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成了一定的影響,所以有必要對應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)的研究提出更高的要求。鑒于此,本文主要研究了應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)的選址與路徑優(yōu)化問題。選址與路徑優(yōu)化問題(location-routing problems, LRP)結(jié)合了物流配送中心選址問題與應(yīng)急車倆救援路徑安排問題,是一個集合體,,并且隨著集成物流管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,LRP問題已經(jīng)漸漸了當(dāng)前的熱門研究之一。因此對LRP問題的研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,它不僅可以確定應(yīng)急物流配送中心的最優(yōu)數(shù)量、位置以及容量,還可以安排最優(yōu)的運(yùn)輸線路,使運(yùn)輸時間最短,運(yùn)輸成本最低。在應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)中有兩項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù):應(yīng)急物流中心的選址問題和應(yīng)急車輛的路徑選址問題,此兩大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)目前大部分是分別解決的。因此,本文對應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)的研究主要從以下三方面開展:首先由應(yīng)急物流中心選址的原則及其影響因素建立其衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn);其次引入模糊TOPSIS法,由其思路建立應(yīng)急物流中心選址模型,最后通過一個例子來說明該方法可以解決應(yīng)急物流配送中心的選址問題。因?yàn)樵谧匀粸?zāi)害等重大公共安全事件發(fā)生時,會增加應(yīng)急路徑的安全隱患,即可能導(dǎo)致一些道路損毀,從而使救援車輛到達(dá)需求點(diǎn)的時間有一定的浮動,因此本文中將應(yīng)急救援對時間的要求考慮為一個時間窗約束,建立了一個帶時間窗的模型。最后本文綜合考慮應(yīng)急物流中心選址和應(yīng)急路徑優(yōu)化,并設(shè)計(jì)了一個基于LRP問題的遺傳算法來求解LRP問題,并用MATLAB求解此算法,最后利用具體的例子來證明本研究的可操作性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequency of various emergencies has been increasing. It has caused great potential problems to our people's life and safety, and has had a certain impact on the economic development of China. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the research of emergency logistics system. In view of this, this paper mainly studies the problem of location and path optimization of emergency logistics system. Location routing problems (Location-Routing, problems, LRP) combined with the logistics distribution center location problem and two rescue emergency vehicle routing problem, is a collection, and with the development of integrated logistics management system, the LRP problem has been one of the hottest topics of the current gradually. Therefore, the research of LRP has important practical significance. It not only determines the optimal quantity, location and capacity of emergency logistics distribution center, but also arranges the best transportation routes, making transportation time shortest and transportation cost lowest. In the emergency logistics system, there are two key technologies: the location of emergency logistics centers and the location of emergency vehicles. Most of the two key technologies are solved separately. Therefore, the research on emergency logistics system, mainly from the following three aspects: to carry out the measure principle and influence factors of the first location by the emergency logistics center is established; secondly introduce the fuzzy TOPSIS method, by the way of establishing emergency logistics center location model, finally through an example to illustrate the method can solve the location problem of emergency logistics distribution center. Because of the occurrence of natural disasters in major public security incidents, security risks will increase the emergency path, could lead to some road damage, so that the rescue vehicle demand time to reach a certain degree of float, so this paper will rescue the requirements on time is considered as a time window constraint, a time zone window model. Finally, we consider the emergency logistics center location and emergency path optimization, and design a genetic algorithm based on LRP to solve the LRP problem, and use MATLAB to solve this algorithm. Finally, we use specific examples to prove the feasibility of this research.
