CD公司傳統(tǒng)貨代服務(wù)向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程的日益加快,我國對外開放程度的日益提高,物流的發(fā)展在全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展中凸顯重要,我國物流企業(yè)及貨代企業(yè)也紛紛興起。然而,,傳統(tǒng)的貨運代理企業(yè)無論從其經(jīng)營模式、服務(wù)范圍、管理理念、操作流程、還是信息技術(shù)上都存在一定的問題,與大型綜合的物流企業(yè)及發(fā)達國家存在巨大差距,并沒有實現(xiàn)物流的整合。在面臨越來越激烈的市場競爭,中國物流貨代服務(wù)行業(yè)迫切需要通過新的思想、新的原理、新的方法和新的途徑實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)移,向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型,從而在激烈的競爭中取得生存發(fā)展的機會。本文研究主要通過運用文獻分析法、比較分析法、分析歸納法以及案例研究法,比較貨代服務(wù)業(yè)與現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的區(qū)別,總結(jié)出二者在商業(yè)模式上的不同以及二者轉(zhuǎn)型的可行性與條件,得出傳統(tǒng)貨代服務(wù)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型的可行途徑,并以CD公司作為研究對象,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)貨代服務(wù)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中所面臨的一些問題進行分析和研究,針對存在的問題提出一系列的改進途徑,并引入供應(yīng)鏈管理的概念。對CD公司的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境進行分析,得出適合CD公司向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型的策略,旨在解決CD公司傳轉(zhuǎn)型存在的一系列實際問題。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the increasing openness of our country, the development of logistics has become more and more important in the development of the global economy. Our logistics enterprises and freight forwarding enterprises have also sprung up. However, the traditional freight forwarding enterprises in terms of its business model, there are some problems of service scope, management concept, operation process, or information technology, there is a huge gap between the large and comprehensive logistics enterprises and developed countries, and did not realize the integration of logistics. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, China's logistics and freight forwarding industry urgently needs new ideas, new principles, new ways and new ways to achieve business transformation and transform to modern logistics, so as to get opportunities for survival and development in fierce competition. This research mainly by using literature analysis, comparative analysis, inductive analysis method and case study method, comparison between freight forwarding services and modern logistics industry, the paper summarizes the feasibility and conditions of the two business model in the different as well as the two transformation, feasible way that the traditional goods generation service industry transition to modern logistics, taking CD company as the research object, analyze and study some problems faced during the process of combining the traditional freight forwarding service industry in transition to modern logistics, aiming at the existing problems put forward a series of ways, and introducing the concept of supply chain management. The internal and external development environment of CD company is analyzed, and the strategy suitable for CD company to transform modern logistics is obtained, aiming at solving a series of practical problems of CD company's transformation.
