【摘要】：本文以2012年湖北省教育廳命名的45所籃球特色項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的發(fā)展因素為主要研究對象,以文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,結(jié)合湖北省籃球運(yùn)動發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,對湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,從中找尋影響湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目學(xué)校發(fā)展的因素以及制約湖北省體育特長生培養(yǎng)的不利條件。從湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目的地域分布和課程設(shè)置出發(fā),以國家教育政策、學(xué)校課程比例、課程內(nèi)容、學(xué)生出路調(diào)查等因素作為研究指標(biāo),討論湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目在辦學(xué)模式與“學(xué)訓(xùn)關(guān)系”處理環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題和不足,為我省籃球特色項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性的參考。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的地域分布情況為武漢市學(xué)校較多,其他地市州相對較少,但是部分地區(qū)籃球項(xiàng)目所占比例較大;影響地域分布的因素主要有:城市人口、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)、城市影響力和學(xué)校綜合實(shí)力四個方面;湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目學(xué)校主要有傳統(tǒng)體校與普通中學(xué)結(jié)合的辦學(xué)模式、學(xué)校自我創(chuàng)建球隊的辦學(xué)模式、民辦中學(xué)獨(dú)立發(fā)展的辦學(xué)模式、高校高水平籃球后備人才基地辦學(xué)模式四種辦學(xué)形式;影響湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目學(xué)校發(fā)展的因素主要有:政府導(dǎo)向、經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、學(xué)校自身、社會因素以及“學(xué)訓(xùn)關(guān)系”五個方面,其中政策導(dǎo)向?qū)τ诨@球特長生的升學(xué)影響較大;湖北省籃球特色項(xiàng)目的課程設(shè)置缺少特點(diǎn),沒有根據(jù)學(xué)校自身情況進(jìn)行全面思考;少數(shù)學(xué)校會對籃球特長生的文化課進(jìn)行降低難度,大多數(shù)學(xué)校維持普通學(xué)校的標(biāo)準(zhǔn);大多數(shù)學(xué)校會采用將籃球特長生平均平均分配到各班的分班方法;影響學(xué)校處理特長生“學(xué)訓(xùn)關(guān)系”的因素主要有教練員、家長、學(xué)生三方面,其中學(xué)生的主觀因素影響最大;湖北省籃球特長生升學(xué)壓力較大,升學(xué)途徑少,限制條件多。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the development factors of 45 basketball characteristic project schools named by Hubei Provincial Department of Education in 2012 as the main research object, and studies the present situation of the development of basketball characteristic project schools in Hubei Province by means of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, combined with the actual situation of the development of basketball in Hubei Province. To find out the factors that affect the development of basketball characteristic schools in Hubei Province and the unfavorable conditions that restrict the cultivation of sports specialty students in Hubei Province. Starting from the regional distribution and curriculum setting of basketball characteristic items in Hubei Province, taking the national educational policy, the proportion of school courses, the curriculum content and the investigation of students' outlet as research indexes, this paper discusses the problems and shortcomings existing in the relationship between school running mode and "learning and training" of basketball characteristic projects in Hubei Province, and puts forward a constructive reference for the development of basketball characteristic projects in our province. The results show that the regional distribution of basketball characteristic schools in Hubei Province is more in Wuhan, and relatively few in other cities and states, but the proportion of basketball events in some areas is large, the main factors affecting the regional distribution are: urban population, urban economy, urban influence and school comprehensive strength, and the regional distribution is mainly affected by the following four factors: urban population, urban economy, urban influence and comprehensive strength of schools. Hubei basketball characteristic project school mainly has four kinds of running mode: the combination of traditional sports school and ordinary middle school, the running mode of self-creating team, the independent development mode of private middle school, and the running mode of high level basketball reserve talent base in colleges and universities. The main factors that affect the development of basketball characteristic projects in Hubei Province are as follows: government orientation, economic level, school itself, social factors and "learning and training relationship", among which policy orientation has a great influence on the study of basketball specialty students, the curriculum of basketball characteristic items in Hubei Province is lack of characteristics, and the curriculum of basketball characteristic items in Hubei Province is not considered comprehensively according to the situation of the school itself. A few schools will reduce the difficulty of the cultural class of basketball students, most schools will maintain the standard of ordinary schools; most schools will adopt the method of dividing basketball students equally into each class; the main factors that affect the school to deal with the "learning and training relationship" of special students are coaches, parents and students, among which the subjective factors have the greatest influence. Hubei basketball specialty students are under great pressure to study, there are few ways to study, and there are many restrictions.
