漢英同聲傳譯之顯化現(xiàn)象研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and the increasingly close relationship between the international community, simultaneous interpretation plays an important role in international exchanges. With the enhancement of China's comprehensive strength, more and more attention has been paid to Chinese voice and position, so the quality of Chinese-English interpretation service needs to be improved urgently. Visualization is a translation technique that clarifies the implicit information in the source language in the target language and is widely used in interpretation and translation practice. Due to the differences between Chinese and English languages and cultures, visualization is especially frequently used in Chinese-English translation. The research on the phenomenon of visualization in western scholars began at the end of the last century, and the research on visualization in China is still in its infancy, and the analysis of the phenomenon in simultaneous interpretation is even more rare. In this context, this paper attempts to study the phenomenon of visualization in Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation, in order to provide some reference for the study of Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation and the teaching and practice of Chinese-English interpretation. This study is based on the hypothesis of visualization, the classification of visualization and Skopos theory. This paper attempts to answer the following questions: (1) does the phenomenon of visualization exist in simultaneous Chinese-English interpretation? (2) what are the main reasons for the phenomenon in simultaneous Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation? (3) what are the main means of visualization in simultaneous Chinese-English interpretation? In order to solve the above problems, this paper adopts the combination of qualitative research and quantitative analysis. The author collects the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on visualization and interpretation, combs the relevant studies at home and abroad, and reviews the development process and stages of the research on visualization and interpretation in China and the West. On the basis of previous studies, combined with the characteristics of Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation, the author combs out the four main reasons for the emergence of the phenomenon in Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation: language factor, sociocultural factor, translator factor and simultaneous interpretation itself. The study also used Premier Li Keqiang's speech at the annual meeting of the new leaders of the 2015 World Economic Forum and its simultaneous interpretation video as an analytical corpus, and transferred the original and simultaneous interpretation videos respectively. Then, according to the definition of visualization, the explicit part of export translation is found and classified and statistically analyzed. The statistical data verify that the phenomenon of visualization does exist in Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation. The common means of visualization in Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation include adding words, explaining, replacing, repeating and upgrading, among which the frequency of addition is the highest. In this paper, the phenomenon of visualization in Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation is systematically and comprehensively combed, and the understanding of visualization is deepened. At the same time, this study can also provide some reference for the practice and teaching of Chinese-English interpretation, so that interpreters can understand visualization more systematically, so that explicit strategies can be consciously used in Chinese-English interpretation to improve the quality of translation and play a better role as a bridge.
