【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是經(jīng)濟活動過程中產(chǎn)生的一種重要地理特征,它被認為是促進經(jīng)濟增長的一種有效途徑。制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的主要組成部分,實踐和歷史經(jīng)驗證明,制造業(yè)集聚在推進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、提高生產(chǎn)效率等方面發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。甘肅作為西部地區(qū)的一個傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)省份,合理分析當(dāng)前甘肅的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚狀況,通過工業(yè),尤其是制造業(yè)的發(fā)展來改變當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟相對落后的狀態(tài),成為當(dāng)前亟待解決的問題。本文對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與經(jīng)濟增長的研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論進行了綜述,分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對經(jīng)濟增長影響的路徑。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對2003—2014年甘肅制造業(yè)發(fā)展的總體狀況進行統(tǒng)計描述,并與全國制造業(yè)的總體狀況做了一定的比較分析。根據(jù)《國民經(jīng)濟行業(yè)分類》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)本文選取制造業(yè)的30個二位數(shù)行業(yè)作為研究樣本,運用綜合區(qū)位熵指數(shù)測算了甘肅制造業(yè)的集聚程度,從行業(yè)角度和時間序列角度分析得出甘肅的制造業(yè)基本具有了一定的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚優(yōu)勢,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚優(yōu)勢較為明顯的是煙草制造業(yè)等傳統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),而高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚水平相對較低。通過構(gòu)造甘肅制造業(yè)集聚與經(jīng)濟增長的靜態(tài)和動態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,分別從靜態(tài)和動態(tài)的角度分析了甘肅制造業(yè)集聚對經(jīng)濟增長的影響,研究結(jié)果顯示,甘肅制造業(yè)集聚水平對經(jīng)濟增長具有顯著的正向影響,并且前一期的經(jīng)濟增長狀況對當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟增長具有正向影響。根據(jù)甘肅制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展情況,提出發(fā)揮制造業(yè)集聚正向效應(yīng)的相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial agglomeration is an important geographical feature in the process of economic activity. It is regarded as an effective way to promote economic growth. Manufacturing industry is the main component in the development of national economy. Practice and historical experience have proved that manufacturing agglomeration plays an important role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and improving production efficiency. As a traditional industrial province in the western region of Gansu province, it is an urgent problem to analyze the current situation of industrial agglomeration in Gansu, and to change the current economic backwardness through the development of industry, especially the manufacturing industry. In this paper, the research status and related theories of industrial agglomeration and economic growth are reviewed, and the path of the influence of industrial agglomeration on economic growth is analyzed. On this basis, the general situation of the development of Gansu manufacturing industry from 2003 to 2014 is statistically described, and compared with the overall situation of the national manufacturing industry. According to the Standard of Classification of National economy, this paper selects 30 double-digit industries of manufacturing industry as research samples, and calculates the degree of agglomeration of manufacturing industry in Gansu province by means of comprehensive location entropy index. From the angle of industry and time series, it is concluded that the manufacturing industry in Gansu has some advantages of industrial agglomeration, and the advantage of industrial agglomeration is obvious in the traditional basic industries such as tobacco manufacturing, and so on. The concentration level of high-tech industry is relatively low. By constructing the static and dynamic panel data models of Gansu manufacturing agglomeration and economic growth, this paper analyzes the influence of Gansu manufacturing agglomeration on economic growth from the static and dynamic perspectives, and the results show that, The level of manufacturing agglomeration in Gansu has a significant positive impact on the economic growth, and the economic growth in the previous period has a positive impact on the current economic growth. According to the development of manufacturing industry agglomeration in Gansu province, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to exert the positive effect of manufacturing industry cluster.
