【摘要】：全球化日益繁榮,我國外貿(mào)規(guī)�？焖贁U(kuò)大,出口結(jié)構(gòu)也不斷變化。在國際貿(mào)易理論的發(fā)展過程中,技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)出口貿(mào)易的影響作用受到越來越多的關(guān)注。波斯納的技術(shù)差距理論引入技術(shù)這一生產(chǎn)要素,認(rèn)為技術(shù)能促進(jìn)土地、勞動(dòng)和資本等全部要素生產(chǎn)率的提高,進(jìn)而影響一國貿(mào)易。因此,本文試圖在上述理論的基礎(chǔ)上建立數(shù)理模型,將全要素生產(chǎn)率這一因素考慮進(jìn)去,以此來探究技術(shù)進(jìn)步與中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,分析技術(shù)進(jìn)步通過全要素生產(chǎn)率對(duì)出口結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用,并以此研究結(jié)果對(duì)優(yōu)化中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)提出政策建議。本文首先就全要素生產(chǎn)率、技術(shù)進(jìn)步與出口結(jié)構(gòu)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,分析學(xué)術(shù)界的研究思路。其次,通過相關(guān)理論分析技術(shù)進(jìn)步、全要素生產(chǎn)率和出口結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系機(jī)制,并為下文的實(shí)證研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)其次。然后,本文通過中國創(chuàng)新指數(shù)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步投入與產(chǎn)出及技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響三個(gè)方面對(duì)中國技術(shù)進(jìn)步現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,說明中國技術(shù)進(jìn)步水平一直在提高;并對(duì)中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)進(jìn)行分析,指出中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。最后,在相關(guān)理論和描述性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用實(shí)證方法分析技術(shù)進(jìn)步與中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系。通過對(duì)全要素生產(chǎn)率的測(cè)算和分解,發(fā)現(xiàn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步是促進(jìn)全要素生產(chǎn)率提高的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,隨后通過構(gòu)建全要素生產(chǎn)率與出口結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)量模型,分析全要素生產(chǎn)率對(duì)中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示全要素生產(chǎn)率是促進(jìn)中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的關(guān)鍵,所以通過上述兩次實(shí)證分析可知技術(shù)進(jìn)步是優(yōu)化中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)的根源。最后,文章在上述描述性分析與實(shí)證分析基礎(chǔ)上,從技術(shù)進(jìn)步的角度為持續(xù)調(diào)整及優(yōu)化中國出口結(jié)構(gòu)提出建議。
[Abstract]:Globalization is flourishing day by day, the scale of China's foreign trade is expanding rapidly, and the export structure is also constantly changing. In the development of international trade theory, more and more attention has been paid to the influence of technological progress on export trade. Posner's theory of technology gap introduced technology as a factor of production, and thought that technology could promote the improvement of all factor productivity such as land, labor and capital, and then affect the trade of a country. Therefore, this paper attempts to establish a mathematical model on the basis of the above-mentioned theory, taking the factor of total factor productivity into account, so as to explore the relationship between technological progress and China's export structure. This paper analyzes the effect of technological progress on export structure through total factor productivity, and puts forward some policy suggestions for optimizing China's export structure. Firstly, this paper reviews the literature on total factor productivity, technological progress and export structure, and analyzes the research ideas of academia. Secondly, it analyzes the relationship mechanism of technological progress, total factor productivity and export structure through the relevant theories, and provides the theoretical basis for the following empirical research. Then, this paper analyzes the present situation of China's technological progress from three aspects: innovation index, input and output of technological progress, and the influence of technological progress on economic growth, which shows that the level of technological progress in China has been improving all the time. And analyzes the evolution of China's export structure, points out the development of China's export structure. Finally, based on the relevant theory and descriptive analysis, the relationship between technological progress and China's export structure is analyzed by empirical method. By measuring and decomposing TFP, it is found that technological progress is the driving force to promote TFP, and then the econometric model of TFP and export structure is constructed. By analyzing the influence of TFP on China's export structure, the empirical results show that TFP is the key to promote the optimization of China's export structure. Therefore, through the above two empirical analyses, we know that technological progress is the root of optimizing China's export structure. Finally, based on the above descriptive analysis and empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions for continuous adjustment and optimization of China's export structure from the point of view of technological progress.
