技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、競爭優(yōu)勢與企業(yè)成長的關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, more and more enterprises have to start with technological innovation and rely on their own competitive advantages to maintain a position in the fierce competitive market, in order to obtain the rapid growth and sustainable development of enterprises. In this environment, the research on technological innovation, competitive advantage and enterprise growth has become the focus of scholars and managers. Innovation is a process of obtaining new products with new thinking. Technological innovation is an expression of innovation. By putting new products into the market after technological improvement, enterprises can gain profits and develop and grow. Depending on the unique competitive advantage, the enterprise will surpass the rival in the competition of the industry, and promote the rapid growth of the enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise growth, to help enterprises to improve the proportion of distribution of technological innovation in limited resources, to enhance the ability of independent innovation, so as to improve their competitiveness. Gain the unique competitive advantage of the enterprise, create more economic profit, finally make the enterprise obtain the good development and the rapid growth. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the preface, through the description of the current research background of technological innovation, enterprise growth and competitive advantage, this paper puts forward the research purpose of this paper and expounds the research significance of this paper. Content framework and methodology used in the study. The second chapter is a literature review. By combing the previous scholars' research on technological innovation, enterprise growth and competitive advantage, the concept is defined and the relationship between the two is analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the model. The third and fourth chapters are the most important part of this paper, that is, the construction and empirical analysis of the model. According to the results of literature review, the author constructs the research model, puts forward the research hypotheses, designs a scale suitable for this study, and obtains the concrete data by the way of questionnaire. Because of the strong pertinence of the questionnaire in this paper, the author randomly distributed most questionnaires to the specific population in Tianjin high-tech field through the management consulting agency. The effective rate of the questionnaire is 66%, and the effective rate of the questionnaire is 66%. Lay a good foundation for later data analysis. In this paper, the reliability analysis and factor analysis of the designed scale are carried out for SPSS19, with statistical analysis software, which ensures the reliability of the questionnaire and the validity of variables. In factor analysis, the common factors were extracted from the three scales by principal component analysis. Then the correlation analysis was carried out to determine the significant positive effect of the indicators. Finally, through regression analysis, the linear relationship between indicators and the degree of action are tested, and the intermediary role of competitive advantage in technological innovation on enterprise growth is verified by adding intermediary variables. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, mainly based on the results of the previous regression analysis to verify the proposed research assumptions, draw a conclusion, and give the corresponding enterprise management recommendations, reflect on the shortcomings of their own research. Some directions are given for future research. This paper is to study the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise growth, and to explore the intermediary role of competitive advantage in the impact of technological innovation on enterprise growth. In the past, most of the research is from the overall level of technological innovation to study the factors affecting the growth of enterprises. This paper studies the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise growth from the two angles of innovation input and innovation output. It is proved that technological innovation has a positive direct and indirect effect on the growth of enterprises. At the same time, it gives the theoretical support for how to use the limited resources properly to improve the innovation ability and maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise, so as to accelerate the growth of the enterprise.
