基于利益相關(guān)者視角的綠色建筑挑戰(zhàn)因素研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國工業(yè)化和城市化程度迅速提高,物質(zhì)文明空前繁榮。其中建筑業(yè)既是國民經(jīng)濟的支柱行業(yè),又是高污染高耗能行業(yè),在這種背景下,綠色建筑的理念應(yīng)運而生。如何實現(xiàn)綠色建筑的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,已成為世界各國共同關(guān)注的主題。我國綠色建筑存在起步晚,水平低,區(qū)域差異大等問題,發(fā)展綠色建筑面臨諸多障礙,考慮到綠色建筑涉及到不同利益相關(guān)者(如政府、建設(shè)單位、設(shè)計單位、施工單位等),它們各自的利益訴求和權(quán)利責任存在明顯差異,增加了綠色建筑目標實現(xiàn)的挑戰(zhàn)性。因此有必要從各利益相關(guān)者視角出發(fā),分析我國綠色建筑所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。論文首先對綠色建筑和利益相關(guān)者等相關(guān)概念進行系統(tǒng)性闡述,在閱讀相關(guān)文獻和資料基礎(chǔ)上,從技術(shù)-設(shè)計、經(jīng)濟、社會-文化、制度四個方面,識別出我國綠色建筑利益相關(guān)者面臨的19個挑戰(zhàn)因素,制作問卷展開調(diào)查。接著利用SPSS對問卷調(diào)查得到的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理和分析,先對專家的背景資料和對綠色建筑的看法進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析,并采用Cronbach’s Alpha系數(shù)(α系數(shù))對數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量進行檢驗,再用均值、中位數(shù)、眾數(shù)、方差來比較專家對各個挑戰(zhàn)因素的總體看法,結(jié)合Spearman等級相關(guān)系數(shù)檢驗各個挑戰(zhàn)因素之間的關(guān)系,綜合各挑戰(zhàn)因素的重要性和關(guān)聯(lián)性,得出影響綠色建筑發(fā)展的10個關(guān)鍵挑戰(zhàn)因素。運用kendall協(xié)同系數(shù)、Mann-Whitney U檢驗法,分析來自不同單位的專家看法差異。然后通過專家訪談方式確立綠色建筑的10個關(guān)鍵挑戰(zhàn)因素之間的關(guān)系,采用決策實驗室法構(gòu)建模型,得到關(guān)鍵挑戰(zhàn)因素的影響度、被影響度、中心度、原因度;10個關(guān)鍵因素對應(yīng)的主要主體的視角進行分析,得出各利益相關(guān)者在綠色建筑挑戰(zhàn)因素中所處的位置和發(fā)揮的作用。最后,為每個利益相關(guān)者提出應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)的策略,以期達到共贏并促進綠色建筑在我國的進一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's industrialization and urbanization rapidly improved, material civilization unprecedented prosperity. Construction industry is not only the pillar industry of national economy, but also the industry of high pollution and high energy consumption. How to realize the healthy and sustainable development of green building has become the common theme of the world. The green building in our country has some problems such as late start, low level and great regional difference. The development of green building is faced with many obstacles, considering that green building involves different stakeholders (such as government, construction unit, design unit, construction unit, etc.). There are obvious differences in their interests and rights and responsibilities, which increase the challenge of achieving the goal of green building. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the challenges faced by green buildings in China from the perspective of various stakeholders. Firstly, the paper systematically expounds the related concepts of green building and stakeholders. On the basis of reading relevant literature and materials, the paper discusses the following four aspects: technology design, economy, society and culture, and institution. This paper identifies 19 challenge factors faced by green building stakeholders in China, and makes a questionnaire to carry out the investigation. Then SPSS is used to process and analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. First, the background information of the experts and the views on green buildings are analyzed, and the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (偽 coefficient) is used to test the quality of the data. Then using the mean, median, mode, variance to compare the experts' overall view of each challenge factor, combined with the Spearman rank correlation coefficient to test the relationship between each challenge factor, synthesizing the importance and relevance of each challenge factor. Ten key challenge factors affecting the development of green buildings are obtained. Using kendall synergy coefficient and Mann-Whitney U test, the differences of experts' opinions from different units were analyzed. Then the relationship between the 10 key challenge factors of green building is established by expert interview and the model is constructed by using the decision laboratory method. The influence degree, the center degree and the reason degree of the key challenge factors are obtained. Based on the analysis from the perspective of the main body corresponding to 10 key factors, the position and role of stakeholders in the challenge factors of green building are obtained. Finally, the strategies to deal with the challenges for each stakeholder are put forward in order to achieve win-win situation and promote the further development of green building in China.
