基于空間計(jì)量的工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率及影響因素研究

【摘要】:近年來,廣西工業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模不斷壯大,發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)不斷夯實(shí),發(fā)展速度也越來越快,已由工業(yè)化初期階段進(jìn)入工業(yè)化中期階段,并形成集汽車制造、食品加工、海洋裝備制造等較完整的工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。然而受國內(nèi)外工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響及工業(yè)發(fā)展存在下行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響下,工業(yè)發(fā)展效率也越來越受到關(guān)注,特別是為迎接第三次工業(yè)革命的所帶來的較高的技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命的變革下,提高廣西工業(yè)發(fā)展效率已經(jīng)成為廣西工業(yè)的發(fā)展的重要轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。因此,本文在索洛模型下,通過空間計(jì)量分析對(duì)廣西工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率及其影響因素進(jìn)行研究分析。通過對(duì)廣西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差異性分析可以看出,隨著廣西工業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,廣西工業(yè)增加值的極差上升趨勢(shì)明顯高于均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的上升趨勢(shì),14個(gè)市工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的兩極分化現(xiàn)象在不斷的增加。廣西工業(yè)增加值的變異系數(shù)表現(xiàn)出較為明顯的波動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,極差率則表現(xiàn)的相對(duì)平穩(wěn)。南寧市、柳州市、桂林市為廣西工業(yè)發(fā)展的中心城市,與中心城市地理距離邊近的城市的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也較好,廣西工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)具有較強(qiáng)的空間相關(guān)性和空間集聚現(xiàn)象。分析結(jié)果表明,目前廣西工業(yè)尚屬于較明顯的勞動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)型,資本對(duì)工業(yè)的拉動(dòng)作用不如勞動(dòng)拉動(dòng)作用明顯,空間滯后模型及空間誤差模型計(jì)算的廣西工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的平均值中最高的是北海市和梧州市,全要素生產(chǎn)率為0.43,最低的為河池市,僅為0.15,除了河池市、來賓市、貴港市、欽州市以外,防城港市、桂林市、南寧市、賀州市、柳州市的全要素生產(chǎn)率均在0.30以上,這些城市均集中在北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和西江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶,這和廣西整體經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)及廣西工業(yè)發(fā)展的空間分布格局基本相吻合。通過對(duì)廣西工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響因素進(jìn)行研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn),國外貿(mào)易影響度、工業(yè)投資水平、市場(chǎng)化率、交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施水平等指標(biāo)對(duì)廣西工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響具有正的影響,而信息化水平、科技創(chuàng)新水平、每萬人專利擁有數(shù)量三個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)廣西工業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率具有負(fù)的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of Guangxi's industrial development has grown steadily, its development foundation has been strengthened and the speed of its development has become faster and faster. It has moved from the early stage of industrialization to the intermediate stage of industrialization, and has formed a collection of automobile manufacturing and food processing. Marine equipment manufacturing and other relatively complete industrial system. However, under the influence of industrial economic development at home and abroad and the downside risk of industrial development, the efficiency of industrial development has been paid more and more attention. Especially in order to meet the higher technological and industrial revolution brought by the third Industrial Revolution, improving the efficiency of Guangxi's industrial development has become an important turning point of Guangxi's industrial development. Therefore, based on Solow model, this paper analyzes the total factor productivity of Guangxi industry and its influencing factors through spatial econometric analysis. Through the analysis of the difference of Guangxi's industrial economic development, it can be seen that with the continuous expansion of Guangxi's industrial scale, the rising trend of the value added of Guangxi's industrial value is obviously higher than the rising trend of the mean value and standard deviation. The polarization of industrial economy of 14 cities is increasing continuously. The coefficient of variation of industrial added value in Guangxi shows obvious fluctuation phenomenon, and the extreme difference rate is relatively stable. Nanning, Liuzhou and Guilin are the central cities of Guangxi's industrial development, and the cities close to the central cities have better industrial economic development. Guangxi's industrial economy has strong spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration. The results show that Guangxi's industry is still a labor-driven type at present, and the pulling effect of capital on industry is not as obvious as that of labor-driven industry. The average value of total factor productivity of Guangxi industry calculated by spatial lag model and spatial error model is the highest in Beihai City and Wuzhou City. The total factor productivity is 0.43, and the lowest is Hechi City, which is only 0.15, except Hechi City. The total factor productivity of Laibin, Guigang, Qinzhou, Fangchenggang, Guilin, Nanning, Hezhou and Liuzhou are all above 0.30. These cities are all concentrated in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and Xijiang Economic Zone. This is consistent with the overall economic and social development situation of Guangxi and the spatial distribution pattern of Guangxi industrial development. By studying the influencing factors of total factor productivity of industry in Guangxi, we can find that the degree of influence of foreign trade, the level of industrial investment, the rate of marketization, The level of transportation infrastructure has a positive effect on the total factor productivity of Guangxi industry, while the level of information, the level of scientific and technological innovation and the number of patents per 10,000 people have negative effects on the total factor productivity of Guangxi industry.
