員工年齡多樣性對企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效的影響研究
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic economic growth rate slows down, the competition degree is more and more intense in order to strive for the limited market space. With the aggravation of the external market environment, the team in the enterprise becomes an important means of operation and organizational form to deal with the fierce changes and make rapid response. With the trend of aging population in China, the age structure of employees in enterprises also shows more and more obvious characteristics of diversity. Employees of different age groups have different knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as different values, cultural backgrounds, professional backgrounds and working styles. For Chinese enterprise managers, how to effectively manage the diversity of enterprise human resources, better promote the communication and division of labor among employees of different ages, and enhance the harmony of employee relations. Has become an important challenge facing enterprises today. In this paper, the data of small and medium sized board and gem listed companies are selected as the research samples, and the relationship between the age diversity of employees and the performance of enterprises is studied empirically. The paper also discusses the role of innovation and ownership in regulating the age diversity of employees and the performance of enterprises. The results show that the diversity of the age structure of employees has a positive effect on business performance. At the same time, compared with the non-high-tech enterprises, the diversity of employee age structure has a better role in promoting the business performance. Compared with the state-owned enterprises, the age diversity of employees plays a better role in promoting the performance of non-state-owned enterprises. The first chapter is the introduction, which briefly introduces the research background, the research problems, the significance of the research and the possible innovations of this paper. The second chapter is literature review, firstly defining the related concepts of employee age diversity and enterprise performance, and then reviewing the influence of employee diversity on individual performance and organizational performance. The influence of age on diversity is also discussed. The third chapter is the theoretical basis of this study. This paper introduces the relevant theories at the corporate strategic level, organizational management and decision-making level, as well as the individual psychological level of employees, and puts forward the research hypotheses on this basis. The fourth chapter is the research method and design. It introduces the independent variable, dependent variable, control variable and regulating variable, and introduces their measurement and research methods. The fifth chapter is empirical test, through the use of statistical analysis software descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis, on the basis of the specific sample data for regression analysis, test the validity of the hypothesis. Finally, the results of empirical research are discussed. Chapter six is the conclusion of this paper. On the basis of the conclusion analysis, the paper puts forward the contribution of this study, and puts forward the deficiency of this paper and some suggestions for the future research.
