架空輸電線路多功能智能巡檢系統(tǒng)研制
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economic construction and the worsening of climate change, the maintenance and management of overhead line passage is becoming more and more difficult year by year. In the course of daily inspection, the staff members need to observe the hidden dangers existing in the field lines, including the safe distance of the line corridors, the abnormal conditions of the lines and towers, the weather and geography of the site, and so on, according to the actual needs. Measurement and recording In order to complete the related work, the line patrol workers carry with them a series of related equipments such as camera, telescope, laser rangefinder, theodolite, total station and micrometeorological monitoring equipment. Because most of the transmission lines are tens of kilometers or even hundreds of kilometers long, and most of the lines are located in mountainous and hilly areas, most of the inspection work has to be done on foot. It puts a great burden on the line patrol personnel. The multi-function intelligent inspection system for overhead transmission lines studied in this paper is composed of a central management platform, a multi-function intelligent patrol instrument and a carrying network, in which the carrying network includes the special power network and the mobile Internet. The multifunctional intelligent inspection instrument is carried by the line patrol staff to replace the traditional cameras, rangefinders, meteorologists, GPS and telescopes, to collect the data and images of the fault or hidden trouble of the circuit. The background management platform stores, statistics, analyzes and manages the collected data. The main research work includes: (1) the technology research of open industrial measuring equipment based on Android system; (2) the research of standardization of field information; (3) the research of security system of mobile Internet access management platform; (4) the technology research of background data management platform. The system developed in this paper can be further transformed into a practical technology that can be popularized, and a more marketable product can be developed. It can be applied and popularized to every line maintenance department, so as to improve the work efficiency of the whole line inspection and improve the line operation and maintenance level on the basis of meeting the needs of the actual application.
