臨沂市組織部干部考評管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and society, the quality of the people is more and more high, and more attention is paid to the political life and environment of the country. The high-speed development of national economy and society is inseparable from the efficient management and planning of cadres. In order to strengthen the construction of cadres in Linyi City, the Party Organization Department attaches more and more importance to the evaluation of cadres. Therefore, in order to manage the cadre evaluation, Linyi City Organization Department hopes to build a cadre appraisal management system. In the process of development, Linyi Organization Department cadre evaluation management system adopts C # language WinForm and C / S architecture. The technical framework of the system is divided into three layers: interface presentation layer, logical service layer and data access layer. There are paging controls, layout controls and chart controls in the interface presentation layer. The user accesses the system through interface operation and control, and then the user's operation control access is transferred to the logical service layer by the interface presentation layer according to the corresponding business. In the logical service layer, there are main functions of the system, including the management service of examination table, the service of data calculation, the service of statistical service of examination result and the service of management of examination system. The logical service layer passes services corresponding to user operation control to the data access layer. In the data access layer, the user's operation control request is responded by matching the data information in the database. The functions of Linyi Organization Department cadre evaluation and management system include management function of examination table, calculation function of examination data, statistic function of examination result and management function of examination system. Among them, the function of management of examination table includes new check table, delete check table, copy check table and sort check table. The functions of data management include high scan data acquisition, machine read card data collection, network data acquisition and manual data acquisition. The functions of checking data computing include data validation, data calculation and exception data definition. The functions of the statistical function include team appraisal analysis and cadre evaluation analysis. The management function of the examination system includes index management, subject management and object management. The management system of cadre evaluation in Linyi Organization Department has improved the transparency of cadre evaluation and made the people supervise the whole process of cadre evaluation and improve the fairness and openness of cadre evaluation.
