配網(wǎng)用戶低壓集抄系統(tǒng)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:自開(kāi)展電網(wǎng)信息化道路以來(lái),電網(wǎng)公司相繼建設(shè)了負(fù)荷控制系統(tǒng)、廠站遙測(cè)系統(tǒng)、配變監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)和低壓用戶集中抄表系統(tǒng),大幅提高了電力計(jì)量的自動(dòng)化管理水平,提升效果顯著。隨著社會(huì)客戶需求的逐步提高,對(duì)計(jì)量自動(dòng)化的要求越來(lái)越高,電網(wǎng)改造的升級(jí)與完善,電網(wǎng)公司將繼續(xù)推廣以上系統(tǒng)的覆蓋范圍,為了提升對(duì)居民用戶電量數(shù)據(jù)的管理和應(yīng)用,提升供電可靠性,電網(wǎng)公司急需加強(qiáng)對(duì)低壓用戶集中抄表系統(tǒng)的覆蓋與實(shí)施。低壓用戶集中抄表系統(tǒng)是綜合現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)與通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的信息自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)通過(guò)對(duì)低壓居民計(jì)量表計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)采集和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從而快速、全面地反映低壓用戶電量使用情況,為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)營(yíng)銷客戶管理提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)保證。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)低壓集抄系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì),通信采集方式的研究,并根據(jù)不同的地域情況,從而選擇不同的采集方式,提高電網(wǎng)企業(yè)采集電量信息的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文通過(guò)研究低壓集抄系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,采集方式等,并從低壓集抄工程設(shè)計(jì)原則、施工規(guī)范、驗(yàn)收規(guī)范,并根據(jù)實(shí)際的問(wèn)題制定相應(yīng)的運(yùn)維措施。從中因地制宜的分析出不同低壓集抄通信采集技術(shù)的利弊,實(shí)現(xiàn)集中抄表系統(tǒng)主站對(duì)低壓用戶電能信息的自動(dòng)采集。低壓居民集中抄表系統(tǒng)的推進(jìn),能夠進(jìn)一步提升供電局電費(fèi)回收率,有效防范電費(fèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在低壓集抄工程實(shí)施過(guò)程中同步改造費(fèi)控電能表及相關(guān)設(shè)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)費(fèi)控功能,降低了供電企業(yè)的管理成本,降低了催繳電費(fèi)的人力投入,提高了供電企業(yè)的管理效率。同時(shí)本論文通過(guò)研究改造集中器、采集器、電能表及各設(shè)備間的通信信道,挖掘出不同采集方式的利弊,實(shí)現(xiàn)集中抄表系統(tǒng)主站對(duì)低壓用戶電能信息的自動(dòng)采集。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)低壓用戶月凍結(jié)數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)采集,用于營(yíng)銷計(jì)費(fèi)結(jié)算;另外,為抄表結(jié)算、停電統(tǒng)計(jì)、線損監(jiān)測(cè)、故障監(jiān)測(cè)等計(jì)量業(yè)務(wù)提供系統(tǒng)化的支持手段,為智能用電提供技術(shù)支持。在具體的工程技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面,本研究針對(duì)江門(mén)蓬江供電局小區(qū)開(kāi)展RS-485方式集中抄表試點(diǎn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)研究,并根據(jù)研究的技術(shù)方案,從工程的實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀及需求分析提出工程建議,在組網(wǎng)原則、建設(shè)原則、主站方案、通信方案、實(shí)施方案方面都有的放矢的制定了相應(yīng)的措施,同時(shí)還規(guī)定了相關(guān)設(shè)備的配置原則,安裝技術(shù)要求和推廣措施,并選擇了相應(yīng)的試點(diǎn)小區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)施,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)低壓居民用戶電量負(fù)荷的集抄統(tǒng)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Since the development of power network informatization, the power grid company has built load control system, plant station telemetry system, distribution transformer monitoring system and low voltage user centralized meter reading system, which has greatly improved the level of automatic management of electric power metering. The effect is remarkable. With the gradual improvement of social customer demand, the requirement of measurement automation is becoming higher and higher, and the power grid transformation will be upgraded and perfected. The power grid company will continue to promote the coverage of the above system. In order to improve the management and application of the electric quantity data for the residents and to enhance the reliability of the power supply, the power grid company urgently needs to strengthen the coverage and implementation of the centralized meter reading system for the low-voltage users. The centralized meter reading system for low-voltage users is an information automation system that integrates modern computer and communication network technology. The system collects and analyzes the data of low-voltage residential meter accurately and timely, so as to be rapid. It comprehensively reflects the usage of low-voltage customers and provides reliable data guarantee for marketing customer management of power grid enterprises. In this paper, the overall design of the low voltage collection system, the study of the communication acquisition method, and according to the different regional conditions, we choose different acquisition methods to improve the economic benefit of the electric power information collection in the power grid enterprises. In this paper, the overall design scheme and collection method of the low voltage collection and reading system are studied, and the design principles, construction specifications and acceptance codes of the low voltage collection system are studied, and the corresponding operation and maintenance measures are worked out according to the actual problems. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different low voltage collection communication acquisition technology according to local conditions, and realizes the automatic collection of low voltage users' electric energy information by the main station of centralized meter reading system. The advance of the centralized meter reading system for low-voltage residents can further enhance the electricity recovery rate of the power supply bureau, effectively guard against the risk of electricity charges, and synchronously retrofit the fee-controlled watt-hour meter and related facilities during the implementation of the low-voltage centralized reading project, so as to realize the cost control function. It reduces the management cost of the power supply enterprise, reduces the manpower input of calling the electricity bill, and improves the management efficiency of the power supply enterprise. At the same time, by studying the communication channel between concentrator, collector, watt-hour meter and various equipments, this paper excavates the advantages and disadvantages of different acquisition methods, and realizes the automatic acquisition of low-voltage user electric energy information by the main station of centralized meter reading system. In order to realize the automatic collection of monthly frozen data for low-voltage users, it can be used for marketing billing and settlement. In addition, it provides systematic support means for metering business such as meter reading, outage statistics, line loss monitoring, fault monitoring and so on. Provide technical support for intelligent power consumption. In the concrete engineering technology application aspect, this research has carried on the special research to the Jiangmen Pengjiang Power supply Bureau small area to carry on the RS-485 way centralized meter reading pilot technology, and according to the research technical plan, Based on the analysis of the present situation and demand of the project implementation, the paper puts forward some engineering suggestions. In the aspects of network principle, construction principle, main station scheme, communication scheme and implementation plan, the corresponding measures are formulated. At the same time, the configuration principle, installation technical requirements and popularizing measures of the related equipments are stipulated, and the corresponding pilot districts are selected to carry out the implementation, so as to realize the collection and statistics of the electricity load of the low voltage residents.
