【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)慈善事業(yè)整體的的發(fā)展,基金會(huì)在科學(xué)研究、文化教育、扶貧救助等多重領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,其對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的影響力不斷加大,社會(huì)公眾對(duì)其的認(rèn)可程度也在不斷增強(qiáng)。在基金會(huì)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),一些問(wèn)題也逐漸暴露出來(lái),社會(huì)公眾對(duì)基金會(huì)的質(zhì)疑聲越來(lái)越大。廣西作為西南少數(shù)民族地區(qū),其經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)落后,同時(shí)地處“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略中重要位置,基金會(huì)的發(fā)展歷程比較短,一直以來(lái)慈善基金會(huì)發(fā)展遇到很多困境。隨著我國(guó)慈善事業(yè)的不斷推進(jìn),其基金會(huì)總體規(guī)模得到了很大發(fā)展。但存在專業(yè)化程度不高、關(guān)注項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域等單一等情況,間接上又制約了基金會(huì)的發(fā)展。在新法“落地”后,基于一定法律規(guī)制下,廣西慈善基金會(huì)群體亟待理清思路,將自己的組織訴求與組織目標(biāo)相結(jié)合,提升社會(huì)合法性,謀求更大的發(fā)展。本文首先對(duì)已有研究進(jìn)行梳理,基于已有的研究與現(xiàn)象,采用高丙中四類組織合法性的劃分,以慈善基金會(huì)的社會(huì)合法性為研究的切入點(diǎn),運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究的方法,對(duì)廣西慈善基金會(huì)社會(huì)合法性現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。然后分別對(duì)廣西慈善基金會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中公眾認(rèn)知、公眾信任評(píng)價(jià)和組織形象進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,考察其對(duì)社會(huì)合法性的影響�；谝陨戏治�,建立統(tǒng)計(jì)模型,并使用多元線性回歸等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)315份有效問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。并對(duì)廣西慈善基金會(huì)社會(huì)合法性提升提出如下建議:(1)加強(qiáng)慈善宣傳和社會(huì)輿論導(dǎo)向。(2)建立完備的披露機(jī)制,提升FTI指數(shù)。(3)提升基金會(huì)形象。(4)以行政合法性與法律合法性促進(jìn)社會(huì)合法性的提升。最后本文分析了研究過(guò)程中的不足之處和對(duì)未來(lái)研究的方向展望�？傮w來(lái)看,本研究突破了對(duì)基金會(huì)以公信力研究為主的思路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了以社會(huì)合法性為研究新視角。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the overall development of philanthropy in China, the foundation plays an irreplaceable role in many fields, such as scientific research, cultural education, poverty alleviation and relief, and its influence on social and economic life is constantly increasing. The public's acceptance of it is also growing. With the rapid development of the foundation, some problems have been exposed gradually, and the public is questioning the foundation more and more. Guangxi, as a minority region in southwest China, is relatively backward in economy and important position in the strategy of "Belt and Road". The development course of the foundation is relatively short, and the development of charitable foundation has been met with a lot of difficulties. With the promotion of philanthropy in China, the overall scale of its foundation has been greatly developed. But there is not high degree of specialization, such as single focus on project areas, which indirectly restricts the development of the Foundation. After the "landing" of the new law, based on certain legal regulations, the group of Guangxi Charitable Foundation urgently need to clarify their ideas, combine their organizational demands with organizational goals, promote social legitimacy and seek greater development. Based on the existing research and phenomena, this paper uses the division of the legitimacy of the four types of organizations in high propyl middle school, taking the social legitimacy of charitable foundations as the starting point, and using the method of empirical research. The current situation of social legitimacy of Guangxi Charitable Foundation is analyzed. Then, the author analyzes the public cognition, public trust evaluation and organization image in the development of Guangxi Charitable Foundation, and investigates its influence on social legitimacy. Based on the above analysis, a statistical model was established, and 315 valid questionnaires were tested by using multiple linear regression and other statistical methods. The following suggestions are put forward to enhance the social legitimacy of Guangxi Charitable Foundation: (1) strengthening charity publicity and public opinion guidance; (2) establishing a complete disclosure mechanism. Promote the FTI index. (3) promote the image of the foundation. (4) promote the social legitimacy with the administrative legitimacy and the legal legitimacy. Finally, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the research process and prospects for future research. As a whole, this research breaks through the research on the credibility of the foundation, and realizes a new perspective of social legitimacy.
