【摘要】：隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟和信息科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,團隊精神逐漸成為社會各界選拔人才的一項基本要求,團隊精神的培養(yǎng)和合作精神的構(gòu)建成為各行業(yè)獲取競爭能力的重要手段,成為團隊合作發(fā)展和通往成功的必要因素。在新型社會下,為了滿足社會對人才的需求及構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會,家庭、學(xué)校和社會開始更加注重對小學(xué)生團隊精神的建立和培養(yǎng)。本文從小學(xué)生生理和心理發(fā)展的特點出發(fā),分析了啦啦操這一集體項目對小學(xué)生的影響,進(jìn)而探討如何培養(yǎng)小學(xué)團隊精神。本文分別采取了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、個案分析法、訪談法、并運用了數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)檢索和查閱有關(guān)方面的資料,以西安外國語大學(xué)附屬小學(xué)(全國啦啦操示范窗口學(xué)校)啦啦操隊的隊員為研究對象并進(jìn)行為期一學(xué)期的啦啦操教學(xué)訓(xùn)練,對小學(xué)生的團隊精神進(jìn)行強化培養(yǎng)。通過問卷調(diào)查得出影響小學(xué)生團隊精神的因素,針對這些因素結(jié)合啦啦操的訓(xùn)練技術(shù)特征設(shè)計教學(xué)過程。將問卷所得的數(shù)據(jù)用spss 18.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)統(tǒng)計,利用邏輯分析法得出啦啦操技術(shù)訓(xùn)練對小學(xué)生團隊精神的影響程度,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析后,得出以下研究結(jié)論:1.通過一段時間的訓(xùn)練后發(fā)現(xiàn),啦啦操花球項目中整齊劃一的基本手位、層次明確干凈的對比組合和默契的團隊配合等對培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生團隊精神有積極地促進(jìn)作用,加強了隊員之間相互鼓勵,彼此信任,為團隊奉獻(xiàn)的精神,學(xué)生團隊精神有了明顯的提高,說明啦啦操訓(xùn)練有助于培養(yǎng)團隊精神。2.小學(xué)生性格的形成受遺傳因素的影響,性格又直接影響小學(xué)生團隊精神的形成和發(fā)展;家庭、學(xué)校的教育方式及社會多種形式的生活環(huán)境和個人意識對小學(xué)生團隊精神的影響起主要作用。3.在啦啦操訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)上通過對學(xué)生團隊歸屬感、團隊凝聚力、團隊領(lǐng)袖意識、紀(jì)律意識和團隊目標(biāo)五個方面來培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生的團隊精神,更全面的對小學(xué)生團隊精神的培養(yǎng)和形成起至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist market economy and information science and technology in our country, team spirit has gradually become a basic requirement for the selection of talents from all walks of life. The cultivation of the team spirit and the construction of the cooperation spirit become the important means to obtain the competitive ability of the various industries, and become the essential factors to the development of the team cooperation and to the success. In a new society, in order to meet the needs of talents and build a harmonious socialist society, families, schools and society began to pay more attention to the establishment and cultivation of the team spirit of primary school students. Based on the characteristics of the physical and psychological development of primary school students, this paper analyzes the influence of the group item of cheerleading on primary school students, and then discusses how to cultivate the team spirit of primary school. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, case analysis, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to search and consult the relevant information through the network. Taking the members of the cheerleading team of the elementary school attached to Xi'an Foreign Studies University (the National School of demonstration window) as the research object and carrying out the one-semester teaching training of cheerleading, the team spirit of the primary school students is strengthened. Through the questionnaire survey, the factors affecting the team spirit of primary school students are obtained, and the teaching process is designed according to these factors combined with the characteristics of the training techniques of cheerleading. The data obtained from the questionnaire are counted by spss 18.0 software, and the degree of the influence of the training of cheerleading skills on the team spirit of primary school students is obtained by using the logical analysis method. After analyzing the data, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. After a period of training, it has been found that the uniform basic hand position in the cheerleading ball project, the clear and clean comparison and combination of levels and tacit teamwork, etc., have a positive effect on fostering the team spirit of elementary school students. Strengthen the mutual encouragement, mutual trust, dedication to the team spirit, the team spirit of the students has a significant improvement, which shows that the training of gymnastics helps to cultivate the team spirit. 2. The formation of pupils' personality is influenced by genetic factors, and personality directly affects the formation and development of pupils' team spirit. The educational style of school and various forms of living environment and personal consciousness play a major role in influencing the team spirit of primary school students. On the basis of cheerleading training, students' team spirit can be cultivated in five aspects: team belonging, team cohesion, team leader consciousness, discipline consciousness and team goal. A more comprehensive team spirit of primary school students to cultivate and form a vital role.
