文章摘要：在測(cè)度經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與土地集約利用的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型探討經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與土地集約利用的相互作用。研究結(jié)果表明：（1）經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與土地集約利用均為一階單整序列；（2）經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與土地集約利用之間存在長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系，但短期內(nèi)卻存在失衡，短期波動(dòng)向長(zhǎng)期均衡趨近的調(diào)整幅度達(dá)到50．26％；（3）經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是土地集約利用的Granger原因，而反向關(guān)系得不到實(shí)證支持；（4）土地集約利用對(duì)來(lái)自經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的沖擊響應(yīng)強(qiáng)烈，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的沖擊對(duì)土地集約利用的解釋水平達(dá)到了85％，而經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)來(lái)自土地集約利用的沖擊響應(yīng)較弱，土地集約利用的沖擊對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的解釋水平僅為2％。因此，應(yīng)有效轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式，，加強(qiáng)土地利用監(jiān)督管理，提高土地資源集約利用水平，不斷提升土地資源對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的保障能力。

Abstr：Based on measuring the degree of economic development and land intensive utilization, the paper explored the interactions between economic development and land intensive utilization by dynamic econo- metrics. The results showed that both of economic development and land intensive utilization were integrat- ed of order one. There existed equilibrium relationship between them in long term whereas things were dif- ferent in short term, and the range of short term equilibrium was close to long term equilibrium, which was 50.26 %. Grange causality test showed that economic development was the grange cause of land intensive u- tilization, but the opposite grange causality couldn＇t he proved by the empirical study. The response of land intensive utilization to economic development impulse was remarkable,and the economic development im- pulse could explain the change of land intensive utilization to a certain extent of 85%. The response of eco- nomic development to land intensive utilization impulse was weak,and the land intensive utilization impulse could explain the Change of economic development to a certain extent of only 2 %. Therefore,it was neces- sary to vigorously promote transformation of economic development mode, strengthen supervision and man- agement for land utilization, improve the land intensive utilization,and enhance the support capabilities of land resources for economic development.
