【摘要】：建國(guó)60多年來(lái),大力發(fā)展群眾體育一直是我國(guó)發(fā)展體育事業(yè)的重中之重。隨著群眾體育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,參加體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的人數(shù)不斷增加,為了滿足更多群眾不同的運(yùn)動(dòng)需求,我國(guó)廣泛開(kāi)展群眾性體育,充分挖掘各種適合于大眾健身的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,更好地推廣全民健身活動(dòng)。在此形勢(shì)下,氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)逐漸走進(jìn)人們的視野。氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)衍生于排球運(yùn)動(dòng),它既具有排球的基本屬性,又有別于排球運(yùn)動(dòng),在球、場(chǎng)地、競(jìng)賽規(guī)則以及技、戰(zhàn)術(shù)等方面自成體系。與硬式排球相比,氣排球具有球體大、球質(zhì)軟、易控制、球網(wǎng)低、場(chǎng)地小、運(yùn)動(dòng)緩、安全性好、消費(fèi)低、適應(yīng)廣等特點(diǎn),是一項(xiàng)非常適合作為群眾體育開(kāi)展的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。隨著氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的魅力逐漸顯示,它的社會(huì)影響力逐漸擴(kuò)大,群眾的參與度逐漸提高,氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)已成為我國(guó)全民健身活動(dòng)的重要內(nèi)容之一。本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對(duì)鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,找出鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出科學(xué)合理的建議。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:1、鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)參加者中40—59歲的中老年人居多,具有年輕化的趨勢(shì);參加者受教育程度高,職業(yè)分布廣泛,體育意識(shí)較強(qiáng)。2、鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)參加者喜歡和參與氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的原因多元化。參加者對(duì)氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣濃厚,了解情況比較樂(lè)觀。3、鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)參加者中,每次活動(dòng)時(shí)間在1小時(shí)以上,每周活動(dòng)的頻率在3-4次的參加者所占比例最多,參與活動(dòng)的積極性較高。參加者的活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所以學(xué)校和公共體育場(chǎng)所為主,活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地多為排球、羽毛球等運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地,實(shí)行“一場(chǎng)多用”,充分利用現(xiàn)有場(chǎng)地。4、鄭州市群眾氣排球活動(dòng)的組織管理是由鄭州市體育局宏觀調(diào)控,多種模式的組織共同發(fā)展。鄭州市群眾氣排球活動(dòng)開(kāi)展形勢(shì)良好,活動(dòng)的組織管理更加規(guī)范,競(jìng)技水平和群眾積極性顯著提高,但鄭州市群眾氣排球活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展中仍有一些不足。5、通過(guò)對(duì)鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,總結(jié)出影響鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的主要因素:(1)運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目參加者因素。參加者是氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的主體,有效提高參加者參與體育的意識(shí),可以促使參加者積極主動(dòng)的參與氣排球活動(dòng),培養(yǎng)參加者終身體育的意識(shí)。(2)運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)因素。氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)擁有眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn)的同時(shí),它本身也存在著阻礙其發(fā)展的制約因素。(3)體育機(jī)構(gòu)的組織管理因素。鄭州市的氣排球組織眾多,但卻沒(méi)有專門的組織管理部門。大部分組織都是自主管理,沒(méi)有明確的職責(zé)范圍,造成氣排球組織職能重疊,組織松散,導(dǎo)致組織活動(dòng)的偏向性和隨意性,嚴(yán)重影響氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)在鄭州市的發(fā)展。(4)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素。鄭州市經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高在很大程度促進(jìn)了群眾體育開(kāi)展,為氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。(5)場(chǎng)地設(shè)施、基層指導(dǎo)力量、媒體宣傳力度對(duì)鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展造成一定的影響。結(jié)合鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,有針對(duì)性的提出了進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)鄭州市群眾氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的若干建議:1、加強(qiáng)對(duì)氣排球組織的管理,設(shè)置專門的氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)主管部門,開(kāi)展各種形式氣排球活動(dòng)。2、重視對(duì)基層指導(dǎo)員的培養(yǎng),完善全民健身服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系建設(shè),全面提高指導(dǎo)員的數(shù)量和指導(dǎo)水平。3、加大對(duì)氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的宣傳力度,充分利用媒體的宣傳優(yōu)勢(shì),建立專門的鄭州市群眾氣排球網(wǎng)站,發(fā)布?xì)馀徘蜻\(yùn)動(dòng)的相關(guān)信息,吸引更多的體育愛(ài)好者參與到氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)中。4、轉(zhuǎn)變主要依靠政府、協(xié)會(huì)撥款的觀念,多種渠道募集資金,并引導(dǎo)群眾適度體育消費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China over the past 60 years, the development of mass sports has been the most important thing in the development of sports cause in China. With the vigorous development of the mass sports cause, the number of people participating in sports is increasing. In order to meet the needs of different sports, the mass physical education is widely carried out in China, and all kinds of sports suitable for mass fitness are fully excavated. In this situation, the air volleyball sport has gradually come into the people's field of vision. Gas Volleyball is derived from volleyball. It has both the basic properties of volleyball, but also different from the volleyball, in the sphere, the field, the rules of competition and the tactics and tactics. Compared with the hard volleyball, the gas volleyball has its own system. With the characteristics of big ball, soft ball, easy control, low net, small field, slow motion, good safety, low consumption and wide adaptation, it is a very suitable sport for mass sports. With the glamour of the gas volleyball movement, its social influence gradually expands and the participation of the masses is gradually improved, and the gas volleyball movement has become me One of the important contents of national fitness activities in China. This article uses literature, investigation, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of the development of Zhengzhou mass gas volleyball movement, find out the problems existing in the development of the mass Gas Volleyball in Zhengzhou, and put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions. The results show that: 1, Among the participants of the Zhengzhou mass gas volleyball game, the majority of the middle-aged and the aged 40 to 59 years old, have the trend of youth, the participants are highly educated, the professional distribution is wide, the sports consciousness is strong.2, the participants in the Zhengzhou mass gas volleyball sport participate in the diversification of the reasons for the gas volleyball movement. The participants are interested in the gas volleyball movement. The situation is more optimistic.3. Among the participants in Zhengzhou mass gas volleyball sport, the activity time is more than 1 hours each time, the frequency of the activities is the most in 3-4 times, and the enthusiasm of participating activities is higher. The participants' activity field is mainly in schools and public sports places, and the activities are mostly volleyball, badminton and so on. To move to the site, carry out "a multi use" and make full use of the existing site.4. The organization and management of the mass Gas Volleyball in Zhengzhou is developed by the macro regulation and control of the Zhengzhou Sports Bureau and the organization of various modes. The situation is good, the organization management of the activities is more standardized, the competitive level and the enthusiasm of the masses are remarkable. However, there are still some deficiencies in the development of Zhengzhou mass gas volleyball activities in Zhengzhou. Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of the mass Gas Volleyball in Zhengzhou, the main factors affecting the development of the mass Gas Volleyball in Zhengzhou are summarized as follows: (1) the participants are the participants of the sports events.
